Subway — Restaurant in Seattle

If the guy is working, sloppy sandwiches, not the best service, I was turned away at the door at 7:30pm cuz he said they were closed yet the open sign was still on. If the lady is working, great sandwiches, amazing service, super nice. I wish the lady was working every time I came in cuz she makes way better sandwiches and is very nice. It’s funny to rate the atmosphere on google cuz I feel like all subways have the worst insides, like there is a fan right under a light in the middle of the store so it gives a light strobe effect that’s super off putting. I’m sure we are all aware that subway is not good to sit down and eat in. Last note: the price is insane for subway now a days. I go here maybe like once or twice a year now bc the audacity that subway has charging what they do… criminal. I know how much profit they’re making off a $15 foot long sandwich that costs $1-$5 to make on their end. Criminal, I feel like subway is on the way out as a business unless they lower their prices. There are many sandwich spots in Seattle that charge the same but the quality is 10000% better. Better stop being greedy subway or you’ll shoot yourself in...

The last two times my daughter and I ordered sandwiches from this Subway, the lettuce tasted strongly of chemicals which made the sandwiches inedible. When I called the store and talked to the person who served us, she just said “everything is ok here”. She wasn’t the least bit interested in checking the lettuce to make sure other customers didn’t have the same disappointing experience. Just got a flatbread 6 inch with an extra helping of mold on the flatbread. Unfortunately I did not notice the mold until i took a big bite and immediately gagged. After a few minutes of spitting and washing my mouth out, I made the store aware. Their first response (without any apologies or even a look of surprise) was to offer me another. HELL no.
