Attending a yoga class at 8 limbs is always the very best decision I make for myself! I always come out of class feeling lighter in every way, less stressed and nourished in my body and mind. A class with MJ is a gift I give to myself. Her knowledge of the practice, the way she welcomes everyone, her sequencing and design of the poses are all well thought out and infused with great love and care.
