I’ve come here several times and every time the service is so horrible. normally the food makes up for the service. this time was the last straw. the food was not good and the service was horrible!! apart from our server wearing headphones, we asked for our table to be cleaned & The server literally took a napkin from the dispenser on our table & halfway wiped our table down with a dry NAPKIN. She dropped our food off with a attitude and didn’t even ask if we needed anything else, never came to check on us, etc. ( Even the guys next to us was upset she never went to them) As a server myself I could never treat someone like that. This place is the worst they do not care about being located in a residential neighborhood. They do not care about their loud obnoxious music. They do not care if it is blasted after 2 AM until four in the morning sometime. They don’t care about the illegal parking that often causes accidents or others to have to turn into oncoming traffic. Such an elevated and impressive Eritrean and Ethiopian restaurant/lounge. I found this place different than the other typical Habesha restaurant due to it’s extent… (huge place) 😆. I love the atmosphere, vibe, music, customer service. It has private rooms, great place to host a party, concerts on weekends, dance floors, Hooka lounge( in a separate room).
