I decided to give this location one more try since I’ve been gone for three months out of state. I placed my order online just after 11 PM and as always I immediately called the store to request my pizza well-done or extra crispy. The phone rang for 10 minutes straight. I actually got a text the driver was on his way while the phone was still ringing. When Sean arrived at my house, I asked him why they didn’t answer the phone. He said the front wasn’t printing out tickets so they decided to turn the phones off for the night. I said that’s great for your customers right? I mean after all the first thing the message says is “your call is important to us”? Apparently it’s not. I believe they do this because they don’t want to be bothered. I am totally done with this location at this time. The pizza was actually OK tonight but it was still not well done or extra crispy like I prefer it. But he didn’t seem to care and was dismissive with a very unconcerned look and his response just goes to show the store needs new management. Honestly, in my entire life I have not come across a more inept, lazy, dismissive and uncaring staff as I have with the store. I will still use Dominoes from time to time but I will go to the Vero store and I will drive the extra time and mileage because they are kind, courteous and each pizza is perfect every time there. I also questioned Sean asking him why I only had one icing when I had paid for two. He told me the ticket only showed one? I said you just said the tickets were not printing? And also he had no receipt for me when I asked him for mine. When I checked the app he was correct it only showed one on the receipt when I remember specifically putting two in so that could be my mistake or the apps mistake but either way he did not seem to care. However, I did receive two phone calls after midnight from the store, but I decided not to answer. I’m sure it was Sean just calling to be cocky about the fact that I only paid for one icing. I’ll admit that was my mistake but this only reinforces my point about the poor attitudes at this store, and we all know attitudes reflect management. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews I’d rather write positive reviews but when you don’t get what you pay for and you get nothing but attitude it’s the right thing to do so other people know to avoid such a poorly managed location with employees who just don’t seem to care. Read moreCalled to ask questions about pizza once decided upon pizza was told by manager Zender I guess this his name being not very clear as if he did not want tell me had to ask 3 times which later was told by John it was to call back to verify my order being my bacon ranch previously was not much chicken at all or bacon on pizza so Zender could make properly upon my call back no one answered for almost 20mins when the answering promp voice answered it said my call was forwarded to the manager which was weird so I got discouraged and decided to call from other number then the prompt answering voice was regularly ring and answer normal voice as to be answered by employee but no one still answered so I called from another number and immediately John answered I was like wow !!! So I told John I was offended he explained to me that the phone calls are forwarded to the manager after calling repeatedly too many times which made no sense because I only called a second time as Zender asked me which then that discouraged me more and made me feel kind of weary add stereotype against because why would xender have been called back on a call if nobody had any intentions on answering because I'm sure he had to already know that my call was not going to be answered what kind of business does that what kind of business does that one that does not value or care about customers by picking and choosing calls to answer or not answer when xender the manager asked me to call back which makes absolutely no sense so I took that and offense as xender I guess was not pleased with how I said to him that my bacon ranch pizza previously did not have the proper meat or bacon on it being that it was very less meat on there which as a customer I had the right to say something to him about that which I did not say rudely which I did not say rudely I just bought to which I did not say rudely which I did not say Ruby I just brought to his attention so if you have a problem you cannot express it to this place because your phone call will be directed to a non-answering line I did call back and cancel my order because I was very upset and discouraged from this I've never heard any such thing ever from a business in my life what's John told me shocked me that the system does not take phone calls if you call there are too many times...
Read moreSo I placed a $100.00 order on easter for my pool party, when I got my order home.......... my two pizzas, 5 oven baked sandwiches, 15 wings and two salads. The salads I can say we're and the only food item that wasn't grossly prepared. They are Already come wrapped and prepackaged trucked to store location. The remaining meal unfortunately was, my two pizzas werent finished cooking and cheese and Hawaiian special. Still white on bottom and doughy not good. The sandwiches had cheese that was tuff and transparent in some areas, and a bun not correctly toasted. Almost like they cooked the sandwiches insides but not outside. 4 of the sandwiches we're chicken bacon ranch. More bacon on cardboard lining of box then sandwich. The chicken was edible to a degree. The buffalo chicken sandwich looked like it was dipped from top to bottom in sauce even though we asked for light sauce. The wings what do you expect, well for one not for them to be jelly with bone in middle swimming in sauce.
