Got our Cuban food fix at this local spot 😋🍽️ #treasurecoast #supportlocal #sebastianfl

Nini’s Cuban Restaurant in Sebastian is a charming little spot with bright, colorful vibes outside and a warm, welcoming interior. The restaurant is small and gets busy fast, but the service was efficient—I didn’t have to wait long for my food, even with a packed house. I started with the mariquitas (plantain chips), which were a bit overcooked for my liking, but the mojo sauce that came with them was absolutely delicious and made up for it. For my main dish, I had the palomilla steak with rice and beans—a solid plate. The steak was flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. I also ordered the lemonade, which was refreshing and perfect for the hot weather outside. Overall, Nini’s delivered a great experience. A few small things could be improved, but I’d definitely come back for another meal.

Best food we had in Sebastian! Do not pass this up. Make a reservation to guarantee your seat because it’s small. But you’ll be happy you did. My husband had a Cuban sandwich and ate it so fast I couldn’t get a picture. Said it was the best he’s ever had. My son got the bacon wrapped chicken skewer with pineapple and it was phenomenal. I got the slow roasted pork with mojo yuca and rice. Delicious! I also added my son’s chimichurri to my rice because it was slightly dry - but don’t get me wrong here - was still delicious. Tastes like someone in the kitchen really loves cooking and creating authentic Cuban eats. The only thing I will add is that it can be a little on the noisy side if you have someone in your group that is highly sensitive to loud

Disgusting!!! the absolute worst Cuban sandwich I've ever had it says on the menu it has pickles just like every Cuban sandwich does so I asked for extra and then I bit into it to find out they actually use bread and butter flavored instead of real pickles its so disgusting no Cuban restaurant would use those they need to list that on menu instead of saying just pickles not only did they ruin the best part of a Cuban sandwich the bread was so sharp it would cut the inside of the roof of your mouth and they don't use mayo just mustard so it was so dry and hard to swallow ive never heard of a Cuban sandwich without mayo also only one little slice of ham on it I also like to add bacon to my Cuban sandwiches but they do not carry bacon that part wasn't the end of the world its somewhat understandable but I should have known right away when they said they do not have mayo to not order this and walk out the door I had a feeling that this wasn't going to be a good and but I was willing to give it a try since I brought the family in there and then I bit into it and tasted the most disgusting sandwich ever created with the dryness and the sharpness of the bread what a horrible experience this is not an authentic Cuban sandwich stay...

Cuban-Style Churrasco That Feels Like Home

If you’ve ever longed for the taste of home—the kind that wraps your soul in warmth and memories—then this churrasco steak is the answer to your craving. Perfectly grilled to tender, juicy perfection, this Cuban-style masterpiece bursts with rich, smoky flavor and just the right blend of garlic, citrus, and love. The chimichurri drizzled on top adds a fresh, tangy kick that brings the whole dish to life.

Every bite transported me back to my mother’s kitchen, where the aroma of sizzling steak on the stovetop meant family, laughter, and comfort. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a memory on a plate. The kind that makes you close your eyes, smile, and say, “Just like mamá used to make.”

Whether you’re Cuban or simply a lover of authentic Latin flavors, this churrasco is the real deal. Flavorful, nostalgic, and made with soul. Five stars...
