I hate to do a bad review and mostly if it is in a place that I truly loved going to. And I really do hope that somehow this gets to the owner. When I first moved to Sebastian I found Tjs pizza and I fell in love with their pizza and service the older gentleman was attentive and aware of his customers needs and their satisfaction. I'm three months pregnant and recently living in fellsmere now I was craving TJS pizza and therefore found the drive small considering how much I like this place . I walked in and was greeted by a couple of new faces (didn't see the older gent anywhere) so i asked the yound blonde lady at the register for two cheese slices, she then told me that there was only one the others were meat. So I said okay forget it just give me one. She did and then proceeded to play with her hair bun pick up her makeup purse and answer some texts one her pretty white said iPhone. Then she walked to the back and completely forgot about my pizza and so did her co worker (young guy with big ear piercings) the result THEY BURNED THE ONLY SLICE OF VHEESE PIZZA LEFT instead of telling me and being honest he told her it was fine stick it in a bag and she came and handed it to me . Furious I asked her if it had burned she told me no that It was just crispy i opened the bag and there it was burned literally hard cheese burnt. I told her I didn't want it and she only offered to refund me my $2 the lady who seemed to be the manager approached and asked what had happened I explained it to her and she just gave me the money back so I asked mad SO YOURE TELLING ME YOU WONT PT A CHEESE PIZZA IN FOR ME SERIOUSLY EVEN AFTER YOU BURNED IT and she said yes you just have to wait about ten minutes. And I told her that was fine just no body offered me to wait . I think it is hilarious because the gentleman that walked in after me went to his car came back and saw me 20 minutes later and had the common sense to laugh and tell the worker YOU GUYS ARE GIVING THAT TO HER FREE RIGHT. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY BUT MY EXPERIENCE TODAY was horrible! And the fact that a customer could tell everything was wrong but the workers couldn't is ridiculous. Read moreWhere do I begin? We had actually stopped ordering from. TJ's because of the inconsistency in quality. Sometimes you will get an amazing pizza, other times its burnt. Also the wings are never fresh as advertised. And if you call and let them know you get the 3rd degree on how every thing is homemade from scratch and fresh. In other words the customer is never right. So anyways after taking a pretty long break from ordering , we decide to give them another shot. Wrong decision. Our food was delivered an hour and fifteen minutes later not the 45 minutes promised. Our food was cold and my pizza roll was incorrect. So I call to let them know and am pretty much told I am wrong. Next the gaslighting begins. The woman whom answered the phone a accused me of being loud and threatening. The truth is I could not get a word in edgewise. I was told that my order was indeed correct despite my looking at the incorrect order. So 80 dollars later we have a very burnt pizza, dried out wings, cold cheese fries, and a sausage pizza roll that I did not order. So. Needless to say. We will not be back . Read moreUs Army Retired Veteran here called in for a pick up order of 10 piece wings with blue cheese. Drove 15 minutes to pick up my order and asked if they offer a military discount. They didn't offer any which was fine since usually I give the discount back to the employee plus a dollar. When I ask for delivery I always pay 20 percent tip plus give back the military discount. Upon my 15 minute arrival to my home i noticed I was missing a wing. I called back and spoke to a female manager (just being thorough) and explained my situation to her. She then stated that the person miscounted and offered 2 dollars off rebate for the mishap. She didn't even offer an apology until I brought to her attention it was all I asked for.
