The owners have truly created something special with Mi Pueblo Sebastopol! From the moment you step inside, their dedication to excellence shines through in every detail. The warm, inviting ambiance—think rustic charm meets modern flair—makes it an ideal spot for a lively family dinner or a relaxed evening with friends.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The star of the show? Those handmade tortillas—soft, fragrant, and crafted with care, they elevate the tacos to a whole new level. Pair them with the unbeatable Taco Tuesday prices, and you’ve got a deal that’s hard to resist. The kitchen’s attention to quality is evident in every bite, from tender meats to fresh, vibrant toppings.
But the generosity doesn’t stop there. The complimentary chips arrive piping hot, with refills flowing freely, accompanied by a rich, smoky salsa and velvety beans that hint at hours of slow simmering. Service here is attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring your glass (or chip basket) is never empty.
Mi Pueblo Sebastopol isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. I’ll absolutely be back. A must-visit for taco enthusiasts and anyone craving heartfelt, authentic...
Read moreMi Pueblo in Sebastopol is basically a Mexican food oasis disguised as a family-friendly backyard party. My kid ordered the bean and cheese burrito and, judging by the way he inhaled it, I’m pretty sure it was either secretly laced with unicorn glitter or he just found his new religion. Bonus points: they’ve got yard games to keep the kids busy, which means you can actually eat your food without having to referee a WWE match between siblings. Cornhole + burritos = parenting win.
In short: Mi Pueblo isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a tactical survival strategy for parents and a flavor bomb for burrito lovers. 🌯🔥 ...

I’ll still keep going because I’ve been searching for a burrito place with good flavor in their meat, and if they get the no beans and no sour cream right next time, I’ll change it up to a 5 star because they...
