Subway — Restaurant in Sebastopol

Every time I order a sandwich here I always get a foot-long and the workers always put the absolute minimum on your sandwich. I asked for spinach on my foot-long and get about 10 leaves. I asked for olives and get about six olives spaced about an inch apart the same for the jalapeños and I only get about six slivers of onion. This is disrespectful. I assume that the owner tells the employees to do the absolute minimum to save cost because they don’t get enough business little do they realize that when they do that they’re actually running off their customers permanently. I have tipped $20 on a $10 order before just because the employee gave me the proper Of veggies that I wanted. Also, at this particular location here in Sebastopol, one time I was ordering a sandwich and the employee told me that the owner was manipulating my order from an offsite location. The employee stated that the owner was trying to add chips and a drink to my order when all I ordered was a sandwich. There is some very sleazy business practices going on here, and honestly, this location should be burned...

Delicious sandwiches but exceptionally bad service :( multiple times employees have been super rude and grumpy.. late time I came in and waited about 15 minutes without being greeted or talked to while the employee was right there. I just gave up and left lol... then a separate time I called multiple times during open hours and didn’t get an answer, three times I heard the phone pick up and then hang up again. I like the food but not worth it for...

I work nearby and have stopped by to get lunch a few times. The staff is very nice and patient. The last time I was in there was a man yelling about how much Lettuce they put on his sandwich (after I watched him ask for extra) and they answered every yell with kindness and patience. More than I would have had. The sandwiches are good...
