me and my sister came here to eat with high hopes and were super disappointed. We called in an order to go and the bartender who answered the phone was rude and rushing my sisters order, I understand it can be busy but she didn’t read the order back and was very clearly trying to end the phone call. When we got there the same lady informed us she didn’t hear that we ordered a second pasta, which she would have had she been patient enough to let my sister finish her sentence or read the order back, my sister was charged $29 for her pesto pasta which is listed below. Apparently this was the adult sized pesto pasta, idk what adult is eating 8 rigatoni noodles. Very disappointed that we paid $50+ for bad service and a few kids meals. If you’re gonna charge $28 for just the pasta noodles, at least add bread on the side or make it a portion enough for a normal...
Read moreOur service was excellent from our waitress. The patio decor is absolutely charming and cozy, but I was very disappointed in the $28 pesto (summer vegetable) pasta. Which had corn, peas and tiny slivers of squash. The sauce lacked seasonings on all three dishes we got. My son would not eat his spaghetti I even tried to have him eat it when we got home again. Our pizza was burned. And we had a strange incident involving I would say a manager or the owner. They brought my kids over two small rock em sock ‘em figurines and gave them to my kids. Seemed super sweet but then after I paid and told my waitress I wasn’t impressed with the food, I went in the bathroom and she asked for the toys back from my son. Which was almost a huge issue with my 7 year old who can be spicy but he actually recovered really quickly. I guess she thought she was...
Read moreWe were excited to check out this restaurant because of its good reviews and beautiful ambiance. Unfortunately, we were not very impressed with its food. The service was good and fast. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken wasn’t crispy, it didn’t have enough flavor, and it was kind of soggy. It didn't taste good. The Pizza we got was flimsy and nothing special. The garlic knots were tasty but very small. Campanella seems overpriced for the quality of food they offer. Yes, both indoor and outdoor dining areas looked great, with beautiful pictures on the walls and nicely decorated tables, but unfortunately, that's not enough. I don't think we...
