Arby's — Restaurant in Sedalia

To start the evening, the staff that was in the food prep/cooking area were on their phones and not paying attention to work. This caused a major problem because they served my child completely RAW chicken strips. I'm not talking slightly undercooked, completely raw (see attached pictures). Unfortunately, I didn't think to check her chicken prior to giving it to her and she ate an entire raw chicken strip before she told me it tasted funny. When I brought it to the manager's attention she was completely laid back and while laughing she said "ew I dont know how that happened." She did refund the $5 for the kids meal, and told me to call in the morning and speak to the manager if my child gets sick, which she did, for two days. EDITWhen I called the manager to let them know my daughter was in fact sick, like they asked me to do I was told "you already got refunded for the chicken, what are you expecting us to do?" I said I'm just calling like I was asked to do, and she said um ok thanks. And that was it. I would highly recommend...

We hadn't eaten here for a few years and we couldn't have been more impressed with everything on this first visit back.

The young woman who greeted us at the cash register was both professional and enthusiastic. The restaurant was perfectly clean.

The food was served quickly and was of the highest quality. I only wish we had come back sooner and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

Update: We ate here again today and it was another perfect experience. Quality food served fast in a perfectly clean restaurant. This location should be a model for how all other locations are ran. The person working the front register, who may have been the manager, told us thanks and to have a good day on our way out the door.

In this day and age, I can't even remember the last time an employee at an eating establishment anywhere said something like that to us on the way out the door, and it was nice...

The worst dining experience in the Pettis County and Johnson County area. The team members absolutely do not care about you what so ever. As a matter of fact they actively make you feel unwanted so you don't come back. The hygiene is god awful too. People running their hands through their hair, picking their nose, pitting their fingers in other employees ears, touching their cell phones while on the line. I even witnesses an employee come out of the stall while I was in their and say "Sorry for the stink" laugh and then leave without washing his hands. It seems extremely mismanaged and I smelled and saw employees one time at night smoking a joint. Don't know what is wrong with this place but it needs to not be...
