Via drive-thru, I ordered two dark roast drip coffees. She takes my money (and tip) THEN tells me they ran out of dark roast drip and had substituted Pike for one of my drinks. I understand that you can run out of coffee and need to brew more. But you don’t take the customer’s money as if he’s getting what he ordered, let him add a tip as if he’s getting what he ordered, THEN ask him if it’s ok that part of what he’s getting isn’t what he ordered. Can you please follow directions when someone customizes a drink? I ask for light whip, there’s extra. I ask for regular whip, you don’t put it at all. It’s really frustrating always having to ask when I just want to pick up my drink. I get the same thing every single time. Please just be consistent. I ordered a matcha latte with light ice and apple crisp cold foam as a quick pick me up on my lunch. The drink had a 1 inch plus gap even with the cold foam on it and was not filled as I have received at other Starbucks.
