they deserve 0 stars as far as I am concerned I have eaten in several places in the region in my 11 year life within the sedro woolley area. Never once have I eaten or ordered take out from a place that has been so terrible. Over all the voice on the phone was very pleasant and the young man who delivered my pizza was very polite, the over all texture, flavor and look of my pizza was the most basic pizza I have ever seen. The one thing that was good was the size of the toppings on my pizza, very large in portion. The major fowl of my pizza was that I ordered a chicken garlic pizza. Not only was no smell of garlic there was no flavor of garlic as well. So I called and explained the situation, she was very prompt in sending me a new pizza. Yet this time the pizza look very nice and colorful and had a better smell to it. So I take a bite and still zero flavor of garlic. The toppings once again were very large in portion, there was just zero flavor. It saddens me due to the fact that this is the first time I have ever eaten here in my 11yrs of living here. I have heard so many good things about there food I finally get to taste it and I am very disappointed in the flavor of there food. I think they need a new cook, the one they have now seems to not understand what flavor is. or he or she is partaking in to much of the alcoholic beverages from the bar that is more popular then the restaurant. My parents had me over for dinner this evening and they order three grinders two Canadian bacon grinders, and one meatball, we were really hungry and opened them up, and on the Canadian bacon grinders there was only candu an bacon and some cheese on both of them, not even mayo, or any of the fixings so my mom said oh they probably just gave us the wrong order and called in two tell them, she told the girl that answered what had happened and immediately the manager got on the phone and said the cook put tomato and lettuce and mayo on them, and mom said no, the guy said we will have to see proof. My parents are older and have been eating there sense the building was put up, in the 70s and my mom was tongue tied when they treated her like she was lying so she said never mind and F off, I was sooo shocked mom never cusses and then the guy said bye. My mother got out mayo and cut up some tomatoes and did her best to make us good sandwiches. We all could not believe the rudeness, and they treated my parents like they were liers and cheaters, I will not ever go there again, and I grew up on cascade pizza sense I was a kid, we new John and his wife very well, and whoever runs the place now has no business dealing with the public. This is one of our favorite stops! We live about 45 min away, but if Cascade Pizza is on our way home from fishing, hunting, or hiking, we always stop in to eat or get an order to-go. I was slightly disappointed in our recent visit. Just 2 guests. We know what we like. However, the service and the quality of food was significantly less satisfying compared to previous visits. Pro Tip: Servers should write down their guest’s orders. I’m a server myself. I do not care how young or amazing you think you are, please write it down. I’ve never met a server who can fully memorize and execute without flaws. My husband is the type who believes a server’s tip is based on service. And honestly, I agree. But bc I’m in the industry and we frequent the restaurant —I do ask him to please leave a decent tip. We are busy people. We work hard. We only eat out at a couple favorite spots if and when we can. The food was just okay. The grinder I ordered definitely did not come how the menu described. Service missed the mark. The restaurant was not kept.
