Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star. When my fiancé and I first moved in, this place was amazing. Decent rent, nice management, but after our lease was up and we renewed, I wish I could take that back. This place has gone through several management changes (pretty typical in apartments) and there's no fault to them, they are just trying to do a job like everyone else. I can't say the same for the owners. They have openly disclosed information to their current management company that they DO NOT CARE about their current resident retention. It seems nice and all for the new tenants to get 2 months free, low price rent while the current residents are dropping like flies and paying an arm and leg just to stay here. Lived here for a year and a half for work nearby. Got a noise complaint for going to work at 5 AM walking around on the floors. Gives you an idea on the quality of construction. You can hear everyone. Meanwhile the place reeks of pot and the management often complains about all the dog shit on site.

But the problem is we left the place immaculately clean. They charged us for cleaning, carpet cleaning and a seperate charge for cleaning out the garbage disposal and fridge. I wanted to go to court on principle, but I don’t have the time and make more by not doing that. Management has changed multiple times over the course of renting here. Our rent is currently $600 above what they are offering new tenants and additional fees added in from one management company to the next. The management company is open with sharing that the owners do not care about existing residents and renter retention seeing as the building has low occupancy and frequent turnover.
