This store is very consistent in getting orders WRONG after VERY LONG wait times. For some reason they won’t make mobile or delivery orders ahead of time, despite this going against their agreement with delivery services like doordash, Uber eats, etc. I was told the store manager made the decision “because orders get stolen”. As a delivery driver, my usual wait time to pick up food is between 15-30 minutes. This is costing honest drivers to lose time and money, and does nothing to prevent dishonest drivers from stealing food. My delivery customers ALMOST ALWAYS complain about wrong or missing food in their orders.
As a customer, my experience with this store has been quite disappointing as well. I often use the mobile app due to the promotions and deals, and I would say about 75% of my personal orders have been wrong and I have to go back to the store and wait a long time again for my correct food.
One of the most frustrating things about this location is that their phone never works. The phone number printed on the receipt is not in service, and the one posted online goes straight to voicemail.
Today I was given the wrong sandwich after sitting at the window for over five minutes for one whopper sandwich. I did not discover that the ingredients were incorrect until I was at home. I tried calling, but no phones work. So I had to drive back to the store and they had “my burger” sitting under the heat lamps. I thanked them and returned home only to discover that this second burger also had incorrect ingredients. I know I probably should have checked it at the store, but I was just hungry and ready to get home and eat.

Began to place order and finally someone starts taking it. So the order alone took 10 minutes to do and the person taking it said 2 words really awkward. As I reached in the bag I see the writing "impossible whopper" im personally not ok with, definitely not what I ordered. I spent 10 mins with a "burger" in my hand trying to do research on the process by which it's made and what it's made out of just to put it back in the bag and waste my money. Maybe reading back my order to confirm it was correct would have solved this issue and saved me a drive to the McDonalds down the street.
