Update still going to riverside and it's still a nice gym I've been going for 10 years now

Update after 11 years at riverside never missed payment I had bank problems missed 2 months and was charged a 40 dollar fee for missed payment. Kinda ironic that they asked members to pay their dues during COVID to help them keep their heads above water while no one could attend the gym and I did for months but pff charge someone when they had nothing to do with the auto payment problem. Been a member for almost a year and my experience has been positive across the board. It's a fine gym to use in Sedro Woolley, the other members that are there are respectful, and the staff has always treated me with respect and friendly hospitality. Do I wish they had some other equipment? Sure. Do I wish they'd reorganize some of their equipment stations so the flow and concentration of bodies was better? Absolutely. Of all the handful of gyms I have belonged to, Riverside is the ONLY one I have ever belonged to that has no way to cancel the ONE YEAR membership. What an absolute JOKE! If you're moving away, for instance, you have no recourse whatsoever. You're going to pay for each month even if you're in another state. There isn't even an exit fee you can pay.
