Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seguin

I tried the new location for the first time today (Dec 2023). My carryout order said done. It was sitting ready for pickup, but they told me it was still in the oven and would be 3-5 minutes. Then they immediately tried handing my pizza/cinnamon twists to the person behind me (completely different order). I ordered a hand toss one topping with no garlic seasoned oil on crust. They put garlic oil on crust. They did remake the pizza and kept yelling no garlic over and over. It still almost ended up with garlic oil. When giving me the pizza, one guy asked why I ordered it with no garlic oil. I answered, but honestly it really was NONE of their business since it is an option on their website to remove it. They were clueless and had no system in place unlike every other Dominos I've ordered this same pizza from! The cinnamon twists were a thin ribbon of cinnamon and mostly bare. My order was also missing the icing container. He initially claimed it wasn't on my order (it was). They did ultimately add a bit more cinnamon, but I felt like they were mocking me for pointing out their mistakes and asking for them to be fixed. Food is good I am wicked pizza snob coming from Massachusetts where we make some of the best pizza around its kind of hard not to be. Anyways this is pretty good I am not a Domino's fan to begin with but for the franchise this one is good. Delivery driver was amazing ASK FOR JEREMY hes great got our food here fast and hes cute. Maybe thats just because hes my husband I dont know 🤷 hahahaha for real though hes a great hard worker. But I am bias so you choose. They are all really great there great group of people who make good food. DONT FORGET TO TIP! That delivery charge you pay does NOT go to the driver incase anyone wants clarification. Place looked way nicer than the old place but felt like the workers and food was prepped in the old place.. a girl was sitting down towards the wall out door for employees, music was so loud that they didn’t even hear me walk in.. stood there for like 20 seconds than decided to move to the stairs for the little ones and they were still didn’t acknowledge me than the girl finally got up to go do something and was shocked to see me there.. got my order and left.. than I get him and my thin crust pizza is so burnt and the other half and half one had spinach on both sides.. but my question is why would you even think of severing a really burnt pizza to a customer and not redo it and just let them know you burnt it and are making another one instead of trying to sneak it in and see if they don’t notice!
