Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Seguin

I live 20 minutes outside of town and I took all 4 of my children to go get some dinner my one year old is sick so he was ready to eat and go to bed we waited in line which I'm not complaining about waiting I know they're getting busy take my order finally get up to the window he gives me half of my order and says we're just waiting on chicken nuggets as I briefly looked into the bag that I had I seen that I had I seen curly fries and assumed since he said we were just waiting on one more chicken nugget that everything would be there I know I'm stupid for not checking myself but I drove all the way home all to find out that I did not get three of the curly fries one of which I paid $2.59 for the other were an upcharge so my kids got med curly fries I've tried calling and calling and calling nobody will pick up every time I go to this Jack in the Box is nothing but problems they don't give you the sausage you ask for they don't give you the items you pay for it's just ridiculous spent $25 to get half of my food and then had to listen to My Children Cry because they wanted their fries and splitting one medium curly fries between four children is...

I would give them a zero rating based on my last visit. The advertised prices posted on the drive-through order menu are different from what you're actually charged which is much higher. When I called the manager's attention to it and asked for the advertised price they refused to continue my order or give me any service. They apparently raised all their prices but failed to correct their advertised signs I was told and no they would not honor the posted price list. I was courteous and respectful in my interaction with them so there was no reason for the manager to be rude and disrespectful then refusing to take my order. I had to ask several times if I could continue my order because they kept cutting me off, then they refused me any service. All of this just because I called attention to their advertised price differences which I was going to pay anyway. They lost a regular customer. If you go there to eat expect to pay a dollar more for each item but if you call attention to it they will refused...

I went through the drive thru and ordered a double jack combo a bacon ultimate combo and a supreme croissant and my croissant was hard as a rock it tasted stale the the egg, ham, bacon and cheese looked like it was thrown on there. there wasn’t a line so there was no reason to rush it had one piece of bacon in it. The curly fries and French fries tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a good while. I stopped going to jack in the box for a while because of the quality of the food but I decided to give them another chance because it was 9:30 am and my husband and daughter wanted a burger. they just recently remodeled the restaurant but you can put lipstick on a pig but it will still be a pig! The girl working the window was friendly but she seemed overwhelmed like it was rush hour even though there was only one car in line.
