Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Seguin

Mya is the manager but has no power to make anything happen apparently. Last time I ordered I got a pizza with a slice missing and there was “nothing that they could do” but refund. That is all great and wonderful but that doesn’t feed me. If getting into a car and going there was something that was easy to do I would not be ordering LC Delivery. I did not order through door dash I ordered through little Caesar’s.

Tonight I waited a fto deliver and the app said that I got it 10 minutes before I actually did. It is RAW !!! Not a little underdone, not a bit on the chewy side …RAW. I could add flour to this and double the recipe. Mya doesn’t care that I wanted and hour or that my pizza is raw, she can just refund me and let me repeat my order. So I can wait an hour again. The manager doesn’t have the power to send out a pizza with an employee.

I had to use the words google and Yelp in order to get her to agree to call her manager who she assures me is going to tell me the same thing.

This is make your customer sick kind of food … not just disgusting but Raw food.

I am two not ambulatory right now … she just kept saying I could come get it after I repeatedly told her I was not ambulatory.

I do not understand why people continue to employ those who will treat their customers this way. I would rather that they just shut off service and say that they don’t offer pizza anymore than have to wonder IF food might be coming.

My experience was terrible. I walked into the store and there were two employees working that I could see. One went to the back as soon as I came in, the other was on the phone, presumably with a customer. I waited paitently for him to finish and two more customers came in after me. I could not hear the conversation but it was obvious that at the end of the phone call the person on the other line had hung up on the employee. Afterwards he looks directly at the gentleman who came in 5 minutes after I did and asked them what they needed, completely ignoring the fact that i had been standing in front of him the entire time. I left the store at that point .I'm not one to leave a bad review or even make a complaint but the whole situation left me with a bad taste in my mouth so a couple hours later I decided to call the store to talk to the manager on duty. The young man that answered the phone was not the manager, however he offered to get him so I waited on the line. This is where it gets interesting because while I was on the line, not on hold I could hear him making disparaging comments in the background. I ordered an extra most bestest sausage and pepperoni, cheese sticks and those crazy puffs. My sister in law picked up our order for us but when we got the pizza my daughter noticed that the sausage pizza only had about 10 pieces of sausage and the pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni! I went back to the restaurant and the kid up front offered to remake them but I was fired up so I asked for a refund which they gave me. we kept the crazy puffs which were sad because in the commercial it shows they have pepperoni cheese and sauce inside these had a drop of sauce and a tiny bit of cheese inside there was no pepperoni in sight at all they were really disappointing. I can’t say anything about the cheese sticks because we didn’t even open the box. This is why I stopped going to little ceasers their pizzas have gotten really sad and all the mistakes they have been making but I wanted to give them another chance and they failed. I am so...
