Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Seguin

Im a 31 year old black woman and let me just say this the lady who is also black and works the drive thru she is very rude and unfriendly she does not have good customer service skills what so ever. I have gone to this location only twice as I have not been in seguin but a short 3 weeks. The 1st time I figured it was extremely early in the morning and she was just in a grogy still asleep mood the white guy who works with her very friendly and helpful. This 2nd visit I didn't see anyone except the chick again she rushes through you placing your order cuts u off while speaking slams the window after basically throwing your drink/food at you. I never write reviews but this time I went ahead and wanted to address how she should not be working with the general public especially if shes that hostile. What's worse is that I know my attitude could be far worse then hers if rubbed the wrong way so luckily for her she didn't irritate me too bad to the point that I got out of my car and said something. I even said thank you after she took my card and handed me my food and she slams the windows why customers are speaking. She needs a different job because her salty, dry, rude behavior is running customers off does not make a person want to come back.. read all the comments and u will see how many customers are speaking about...

Terrible experience. Horrible service. And I never fill out reviews but I just have to this time. I went through the drive through. Ordered food/meals and 6 blizzards/sundaes. They gave us our ice creams first and had us sit for 10 min to wait for our food. In the parking lot I checked the food, none of it was what I ordered. I went inside and told them, they explained that the person infront of me drove off and I got their food. Ok, so I expect them to hand me my food at that point but I was told that it's not ready, so I wait. After 15 min I ask them if they are going to remake my ice creams that are melting in the car. Their response was that my food was almost ready. After5 more min, I was finally handed my food. And out the door I rushed to drive the 15 min home with my now melted ice cream. And 10 min down the road I realized they never gave me my drinks!!!! Never again will I go to this Dairy Queen. The DQ on Kingsbury now has...

Terrible food and service all i wanted was a grilled chicken taco salad the guy repeated it back to me as hes putting it in then again when he told me itd be ready shortly i get my food and its just a salad i told them that it wasnt what i ordered the guy just stood there staring at me with a look like i cant believe you just did that now im getting rude and ugly looks from the cooks and a couple others who worked there the manager didnt say anything not once just kinda kept her head down almost felt like she didn't want to get involved they gave me a taco salad but it was fried chicken i was given so much grief that i was just like u know what I'll just take it but it was so nasty tasted like the oil they fried the chicken in was really old this isnt our first time here but we will not be back weve never been treated nicely always rude and the food never gets right the first time and it never taste good from...
