I am a regular here. For the most part, I've had great experiences. I like that it's open 24/7 and there is always a great selection on vape juice. With that being said, tonight I go in and was being helped by an employee who was actually off and was told that they do not offer a veterans discount and I could only use the points I have accumulated on glass products. The employee who was actually on shift said she was unaware of that and that she had been giving discounts all day. All other vape shops here in Seguin offer a veterans discount and points accumulated can be used on any product in the store. I went up to the store to see if I could get a replacement glass in trade for the one that did not fit out of the box. They did not have any in stock, glasses or mods that were compatible. So I purchased a new tank to get by while I waited. I was told we are getting some in within the next day or two. I returned, only to be told the same thing, this went on for about a week. The employees were nice but the manager would not replace the broken vape due to a 24 hour policy. When a battery doesn’t last, that is on the seller, not user error. I don’t damage this vape, they can send it back to the manufacturer. I will not be returning, because other shop in town has honored their product quality.
