My family has been here several times since it opened. Each time we go back hoping things will have gotten better and every time we are incredibly disappointed. Today was probably the worst of the experiences we’ve had. To name some of our experiences: the staff is rarely friendly nor do they welcome customers as they come in. Today we saw about 3 staff members just standing around in the back talking. When we walked in, someone was sweeping and did not welcome us nor did she even look at us. Every time we’ve gone in and asked for extra cheese, we never get it, even if we correct them. I’ve felt like I’ve been the one to train people as they make my food. I get a bowl when I go and today the paper was left in the bowl with the meat and cheese uncut. They had already started building the rest of the bowl before we could say anything and honestly at that point it felt pointless to correct them. The past few times, the unsweet tea and sweet tea were switched, and while this is minor it keeps happening. I understand and recognize that this is a new location with new staff, however as far as I’m aware, it’s usually standard practice to train before opening. It’s almost as if no one has been trained and they were just told to get to work. With all of this said, we will be going back to the New Braunfels location. They are always clean, incredibly friendly and fast. As far as it may be for most of us, in my opinion it’s worth the drive. I have visited this location at least 6 times since they've opened. The food is amazing and service is great if you're a walk in customer. I am also a door dasher. If you order online or through a 3rd party delivery service beware!!! I will ask when i get there for the order and be told they are bagging it. Get ignored for 20+ minutes. Then 😞your order will be put aside until 35 walk in customers get their food, pay, and leave!!! Then maybe they will ask you why your there again??? These customers ordered ahead of the 35 walk ins??? Makes the store, the delivery person, and the service your using look really bad. Management needs to prioritize by the time they receive the order. It really hurts the customer and delivery...

My husband and I came in today. Immediately as we came in, there was a grown man cussing and harassing the staff over a tuna sandwich. The grown man was throwing a tantrum because they ran out of tuna and had to go and make it for him!!!! He continued to cuss at the staff for several minutes before dramatically storming off like a two year old. I just wanted to say our food was amazing. These kids are doing a great job and didn’t deserve the treatment they got today.
