OIP Xpress — Restaurant in Selinsgrove

For one.... they don't deliver far. I ordered on grub hub and it somehow changed it to pick up. I paid for it and discovered my food was ready for pick up when I put delivery through email thankfullyI looked at my email or I would had been waitingfor my food. Luckily they did deliver my food because it was made and paid for, probably so they didn't have to refund my money. I'm sure the food actually wasn't ready for pick up though. My food when it was finally delivered over an hour later was 1. Freezing cold. 2. My one whole pie of pizza was never even cut. 3 I ordered fries besides the fact they weren't even cooked all the way they still had a hard cold texture to them, they were half empty like literally it was like someone took a handful and just put them in there. Then my 4th complaint, I ordered chicken tenders and they came with fries also, same thing with those fries I actually got even less, then they gave 4 small little chicken fingers. I spent 30 something dollars here and it wasn't even worth a dollar. It was horrible. It's pretty bad when your 4 year old and 1 year old wouldn't even touch the food and was excited about pizza....

I should have quit at 3 strikes!!!! On 3 different occasions I ordered pizza. The crust each time was like the cardboard a frozen pizza sits on. Barely any sauce and cheese dribbled here and there. To be fair to OIP I thought perhaps I had a newbie pizza maker so I went back. Another time I asked for the special of 2 slices....dried out and could have tossed them in the park like a frisbee. The next time, pretty much the same. Wouldn't have given it to a dog. I love dogs!!!! I've never been mean to a dog. So tonight I decided I'll get a small cheesesteak. Over $7 for a half with only sauce and onions. Are your READY? It looked like it was on a hot dog bun...yes with a drizzle of sauce and didn't even see the cheese on the steak, and the onions were as thin as floss. I'm DONE!!!! OIPs that I went too always were delicious, piled high and stuffed you. Shamokin's OIP rates five stars with me. Lewisburg maybe 4.5....all I know is I'll either make my own or I'll take a leisurely drive to where I know I'll enjoy...

I'm sad to have seen the old ownership no longer in management. I can tell a major difference in product and service. I recently called to place an order for pickup and halfway through the phone call, it seemed the individual taking the order got yelled at, placed the phone down, and a new voice picked up and said "Hey" and "where were you with your order." Rather than letting the individual who was more than halfway through taking the order, I received food that was incorrect. When I ask for a sub with just lettuce and mayonnaise, I don't expect OIL. This was disappointing as my sub was saturated with oil. On a side note, we had recently ordered a stromboli the other week, the sauce doesn't taste the same, the bread seemed sour/uncooked. Maybe I'll try again later in the year, but this was...
