Wicked Dog Grille — Restaurant in Selinsgrove

This was our first time ordering from here. We read reviews and decided it would be lunch for the workplace. The food is very good and nice portions for a great price. Where they lack is in customer service which is just as important as far as I’m concerned. When we called to place our order we asked a simple question pertaining to sliders, which were on an older online menu. We were not aware it was no longer an item they sell and when asked, the woman on the phone responded to the question as if she was asked some completely ridiculous question. With a huff, she replied “uh we haven’t had those in two years”. Maybe update your online menu so that there is only one which includes items you currently sell. Then at pick up. The order included 6 small items. 6, not 60!! When i asked the woman, same one on the phone, if she could ring the two orders of 3 items each , separately, it quickly became obvious that was another inconvenient question to ask. With another huff, head shake and slight eye roll she responds in a nasty tone, “ yeah, tell me what I’m ringing up”. Seriously? If you’re that miserable, dont answer the phone or deal with customers , simple as that. Go sweep the floor or something. I noticed on the online menu something about “served with sarcasm “, ?. Incredible meal, fast service, and amazing prices.

My husband and I stopped here the first day we checked out Selinsgrove to see if this is the area we wanted to buy our first home. Every time we visited, we'd stop at Wicked Dog for a bite to eat. Sometimes we joke that we picked our house in Selinsgrove because of how much we loved having an excuse to travel for a Wicked Dog lunch lol. It remains a go-to spot for us, and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Update: been coming here for years, still...

One of the first places we tried after moving here and I love it. Have gone back multiple times. Good prices, friendly and attentive staff, creative hotdog/hamburger selection, and good tasting nonetheless. I would highly recommend giving it a try. If you have a group and want a seat inside, I would suggest avoiding the peak lunch hour- it gets quite busy and for good reason. -2020
