HEATHER earned every bit of this 1 star review! I went through the drive-thru to place my order. It was simple. The only modifications I had was a Cherry Coke with light ice and a Sprite with no ice. The rest of my order was a BLT Frisco single burger combo with the cherry coke and a Hardee's original bag with a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich, fries and the sprite. When I pulled around to the window I handed her my $2 off BLT Frisco burger coupon and my card. She asked me to pull forward while they prepared my order, no problem! I sat and waited patiently for my food to come out and I checked it to make sure it had two fries and three sandwiches then drove home to enjoy my lunch. As I'm unpacking the bag, I realize the spicy chicken sandwich actually says hot ham and cheese. No need for me to unwrap it because I can see through the paper there is cheese on it. A little bothered but not willing to let my food go cold and waste my gas to drive back to the store, I instead called to make sure at some point I would be able to come back and get a chicken sandwich. Heather answered and said they would get me a chicken sandwich whenever it was convenient for me to come back. I thanked her, hung up and continued to unpack the food just to see that my Frisco BLT is missing the L... That's two mistakes, now I'm irritated. So I put everything back in the bag and drive back to Hardee's so that they can correct my order and remake everything HOT. I'd say that's a pretty reasonable request considering my order was incorrect. I explain to Heather upon arrival that not only did I get a hot ham and cheese instead of a chicken sandwich but there's no lettuce on my burger. She takes the food to the back and shortly after steps back up front claiming that the chicken sandwich was just wrapped wrong but indeed a chicken sandwich. I told her either way someone's mistake caused me to come back up here. So please remake my order. She agrees to remake everything so I go sit down to wait patiently AGAIN for my food. Based on what my receipt said HEATHER rung the burger up wrong please remember I gave her a coupon for a BLT Frisco burger so that is indeed what I asked for. So the sandwich was made right based on her incorrect input. From where I'm sitting I can hear her huffing and puffing and complaining about having to remake everything as if it was someone else's fault. Now I don't trust her to make my food. So I tell her to just give me my money back. She continues to go back and forth with other employees regarding the issue. But they did refund me. I would have just taken my hard earned $15 somewhere else and gone about my day but the fact that she had the audacity to LIE about the chicken sandwich being wrapped wrong when I confirmed with my son that he saw it was a hot ham and cheese (he as well saw the melted cheese through the paper) was the last straw that caused me to write this review. This is my local Hardee's and I come here often. There have been several times over the years that my order has been incorrect but they are always very apologetic and correct the issue. I've never had bad customer service from this location until today. So Heather my advice to you is to save your venting for when you clock out and certainly do not complain about YOUR mistakes within earshot of the customer. Take responsibility for your mistake, and fix the problem. Even while she was going on, the other employees were friendly and considerate and made sure I got my refund. Hopefully this is a lesson learned and going forward you will provide better service to customers considering this is the position you chose to work in. Otherwise perhaps get a job stocking groceries somewhere you don't have to speak to anyone... I hope you and your bad attitude have a wonderful day! You certainly don't have to worry about me coming back to this store. I took my $15 up the street to Burger King were I got friendly service, quick food and a correct order......
Read moreWe went threw the drive threw. Thought we would get us a quick bite to eat before we got on the rd. We ordered 3 value bags and a order of 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits. The 3 value bags was pretty simple being that they were ordered the same..first we felt rushed because the drive threw Lady kept asking is that all. Rather aggressively. Which can be aggravating while looking at all they had to offer. We continued to the window to pay . After we paid. She then told us to pull to a parking spot and she would bring it out.. we waited for about 13 to 15 min . Before I realized if we wait any longer we would be late to where we were going...I proceeded to go in to see what was taking so long. Only to find out our food still wasn't ready. I was left with no choice but to get a refund for our food . We got a receipt for our refund but was told we would receive a refund back for 3 to 5 days. So not only did we not get the food. But we also couldn't get our money back before 3 to 5 days . This was horrible and even tho we had more money. What if we didn't or I was someone who was trying to get some food with not much money to spare... When I asked for my refund. The shift leader/supervisor actually had a attitude with me. She said the cinnamon raisin biscuits had to cook.. I explained to her . That she could have said that...and I would have made the decision if we had time to wait or not... The thing that made me write this review was the fact that she got a attitude. But could have prevented the issue with simple communication....I displayed no frustration at all and I wasn't rude. I maintained professionalism the entire time. It was a bad situation that I hope noone else has to deal with especially if they don't have much money and they are trying to get there food and go. I don't expect much to happen although It was actually pretty horrible... And it will probably happen again to...
Read moreI actually give ZERO stars. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!! went there today and first let me start this off by saying the ENTIRE place was filthy. My husband had to clean off and wipe down the table we were going to use himself. There was dirt and trays with people's trash left on EVERY table. Completely INAPPROPRIATE. There was mind you about 10 employees in there. No eat in customers when we went in and no cars in drive thru. I walked up to the counter to place our order and stood there 10 mins waiting for someone to speak to me and address me. Finally someone did speak to me. She apparently was the drive thru person because she asked me what I wanted said she could put it in over near drive thru. When I started speaking to try to place my order she ignored me and started to speak to someone else about a chicken sandwich mind you no one was inaide and no one was in drive thru and I was not trying to order a chicken sandwich so why did she ignore me and start talking to another employee about a chicken sandwich? Makes no sense! After being ignored as I was attempting to place my order I had seen and dealt with enough. I told my husband to get our son and we left. Now why was the place filthy when they had zero customers and 10 employees?? Why couldn't someone take my order on front line? I will be contacting the Health Department and a few other agencies hopefully this ghetto nasty place can be fixed or shut down which is honestly what I think needs to happen!! Never...
