KFC — Restaurant in Selma

I ordered the $30 Fill Up meal with a few extras online at 4:20, with a pickup time of 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told I needed to wait because it was still being prepared. The lobby floor was super sticky and my shoes tried to stick with every step. Most of the employees were just milling around, I greeted them and was ignored. Then a slender gentleman wearing management attire came from a side door and stepped around me without speaking. He was pacing and looking out the windows. A few mins later another gentleman arrived (possibly a district mgr) and went with the mgr into the kitchen. He also didn't acknowledge customers. The only employee that seemed to be working with urgency was a lady who appeared to be 70-80 years old. Two employees started bring my order to the counter and she had to stop them and check to make sure everything was there. Now it's about 5:20 and my food was placed on the to-go rack and the employees walked away. I collected my food and wished the employees a good evening, to which only the old lady and a drive thru worker responded. I got home and the food was ok for the most part. My large fries weren't even halfway full, but my chicken was tasty. I don't think I would...

I honestly don’t think KFC in Selma deserves any stars. There are the worse man in the drive thru, he was rude, the way he spoken to me and his tone said it all. he keep starring at me like he had a problem with me and he talk to another guy there after he took my payment and the other person look directly at me and this ugly look “he gave me” like they just said something about me which make me felt super uncomfortable.Their food so overpriced and it’s so nasty. I paid a little over $30 for 8-pieces family meal with two large side and four biscuits, but they only gave me 3 biscuits and with no fries or drink? Also, they throw a handful of ketchup on my chicken, like who does that? That ketchup packet is not clean, and the chicken was really greasy and soggy. Also, it’s was way too much salt. Next time, be more nicer to people because you never know what people are going through daily with their life. And for God sake, does it kill yall to smile and put a smile on...

Stopped there today. Can’t say how food was never got that far. Order my food paid and was waiting. Watched the guy fixing my food he was opening boxes that was returned and was making my order with it. And to top it off the general manager name was Sharon. Was standing there eating food over my food and. Other employees were drinking beverages at the same time. When I asked if she was supposed to be eating where they were preparing food. She it’s my food and I said I don’t care whose food it is it’s not sanitary to be eating at the prep station. She you. Need to mind yo business. I said screw that. Just give my money back.
