TL;DR: Eat somewhere else.
Note: as of 8/27/2022 cards are not being accepted and the kiosk is down. This means you can only pay by cash or app for now. They were fairly rude to customers as well when they asked about it. Including an employee in a somewhat threatening tone asking a rude customer "you got a problem?" And followed him outaide at the customers provocation.
Overall, the staff was not friendly and the store was not clean on our visit. This is a concern on multiple levels.
No soap or hand sanitizer in the men's restroom at 9:20 AM. Bathroom floor was somewhat stick despite a wet floor sign. I can only imagine either the sign is just left up, or a large group of people had just used the bathroom as the floor was only wet with urine around the urinals. A soap container had been removed from the dispenser and squeezed dry before being left on the counter by the sink (not touch less).
Frappe machine was not working. We redeemed points for the purchase and were told there was nothing they could do outside of giving us a different drink.
I could see multipy flies swarming in the kitchen, I don't know if this is normal or just a sudden issue.
A Door Dash person was waiting for a while on an order that was sitting on the counter. She repeatedly said she was there for the Door Dash order and was mostly ignored. Once our food was ready, it also sat on the counter until we noticed it.
Also our order was wrong. We got an extra cup that no one ordered, and one of the sandwiches was fixed incorrectly. The food was partially out of packaging in the bag as if it was thrown in there in a rush. It wasn't super busy, but they seemed completely disorganized.
The drink station didn't look super clean, but did look like someone at least tried to clean it unlike the tables. Tables had crumbs in them despite still being wet in places where it was "wiped down" although if you fail to remove larger debris I don't think it counts.
The workers seem extremely stressed and the quality of service and food has suffered because of it. I don't know if this is an issue with this franchise, this area, or the...
Read moreFirst I pull up and nobody responded to me in the Drive-Thru for over 5 minutes I pulled forward and backed up to make sure that it worked so they would respond and finally this young girl did as ratchet sounding as possible. She took my order inform me, of course, the ice cream machine was not working then repeated my order back and missed half of it. There were only two items on the order I mcchicken and a McDouble so I told her again and she added the other and told me to pull forward. Then I approached the window and was just letting them know that something might have been wrong with the sensor because I had to pull forward and back up over it twice before they responded, after I had been out there for a few minutes without a response and the same little girl responded and said "I just, my ear was hurtin so I wasn't wearing the thing. I was just going to let you pull forward if you did". The food was not edible. It was just disgusting I'll just give you some pictures and I pray to God nobody else eats that food cuz it was wrong. There was Grease on everything and I guess they don't know where mayonnaise goes or approximately how much it takes for only a McChicken. Read moreI just left there. The lady who was taking orders and money at window too. You need a attitude check. I placed my order and she read it back to me I told her right then it was wrong. She said okay pull around. When I got to the window I hand her the Monet and she said no it 5.35. I explained it was the sausage Mcmuffin with no egg. She slamed the window rolled her eyes and said something to the girl next to her. I knocked on the window and said no just give me my because you being a rude and your attitude sue fault thats your job. ked at me crazy. I drove off called the manger and the girl picked up when I asked for the manager she slammed the phone down. The manager got on and 1 min later hung up on me. I called back know its been off the ringer for 20 minutes. Yesterday when me and my daughter went there was no manger for 2 hours so the drive though told us they couldn't do anything until the lady got there. Y'all get cramp together.
