Arnold’s, the iconic favorite, is now open in Seneca. The menu delivers: tasty food such as burgers, hotdogs, salads, chicken, and steaks at wallet-friendly prices. They’re still finding their rhythm, and whether a few growing pains are dealbreakers is up to you.

Seating is the main hiccup. With only four- and six-tops, busy times can mean waiting even when empty chairs are visible. More two-tops would help a lot, and it looks like there’s space for them in the open area adjacent to the dining room.

One miss: the fountain drinks have an off taste, think “dirty dish rag.” It could be the soda water, supply lines, or the ice machine, but whatever the cause, it needs a quick fix. Less ice than drink would be warmly welcomed as well.

Went in to order Togo and they have no signs up to say where to order. Tried to ask 4 employees at the bar and was ignored before one finially told me where to order. Ordered my food and the prices on the menu are not correct. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 plates and a side only for it not to be correct. Asked for all slaw got all fries and the club is a joke. A club has 3 slices of bread not 2 like a normal plain Jane sandwich, how do you mess up a club?? Honestly love the liberty and Anderson locations but this one needs to work on their service and quality. And when you order sweet tea make sure they don't give you unsweet like they did me. Went today and waited 45 minutes for our food, got the food & it was cold, and our waitress only checked on us like maybe 2 times throughout the whole experience. We watched multiple to go orders be wrong and have to be remade. We love the liberty location, not sure what was going on with them today in Seneca.
