Ok, Simple Simon is a place that you see on old TV shows, about a dinner where the town regulars hang out, the waitresses know what's happening and actually cares how your day was.
Service was prompt, given with a smile and with care.
There was a group of regulars (10 pax) at side, a D&D game happening on the other side. You can tell a lot about a place to eat where everyone seems to be in a good mood.
If you think I am exaggerating, you want to head on over for a pizza.
Talking of pizza, it is really good quality and tasty. Definitely one of the best I have had a tons better than any franchise pizza. The crust was rich, flavorful and just the right hint of crisp. The ingredients were spectacular. We ordered a small cheese, a medium Hawaiian, medium 6meat pizza, and garlic bread. I enjoyed all of it. (No I did not eat all of it by myself)
I told I need to try there hamburger filled pizza so it's on my next thing to order when I go there.
Go there for a fun night out. Enjoy the family atmosphere, have great pizzas and just soak in the calmness...
Read moreWell been taking my family there for quite some time after Sunday school 14 of us each time to be exact kids and grandkids. After having no pizza on the Sunday buffet on more than one occasion and waiting in line for the next 1 to hit the bar so we could all race for it,we talked to them on a Saturday evening about the buffet. when we came in to eat the next day after Sunday school we were met at the register by the owners wife and we’re shocked at there response. As a family and a church group we were told that our complaint was a harassment of there employees and that because of our (kind ) referring to our church group, that she had people that would not eat there. She let me know in no uncertain terms our family and our kind ( church group) were no longer welcome there. Oh and by the way this was on Mother’s Day and by the words of the owners wife. We enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day at CICI’s in Joplin with all the family —plenty of pizza, they got simple Simmons business from our group- family and we are...
Read moreAs a Seneca resident I've been a long time customer. Last Friday I got an order of Alpine sticks and when I got them home, they were dry, had no sauce and we're burnt. I politely called to let the manager know and she took my name for a replacement the next day. When I called, the manager was incredibly rude and said the previous manager I spoke with had 'no clue what I was talking about.' she then refused to remake them for me and said that the owners were trying to ''crack down' on people like me. I was insulted personally, and I've been in the food and beverage service for 15 years. I will never give them another dime of my money. Picadilly pizza in town has exceptional customer service and better prices anyway. Very...
