ADJUSTED NEW REVIEW: Food is very good, of course prices have gone up, but that's to be expected, since the pandemic. However the atmosphere and service are lacking! My last visit was on 12/9/23, and I felt that they are now resorting to just plain price gouging! Like $35 for a large Veggie pizza! Let me explain, and you can decide for yourselves. Our daughter and son (when he lived with us) are both vegetarians, and our disabled daughter is also allergic to tomatoes and tomato sauce. So, since we have lived here for over a year, we found this pizza establishment and we were pretty pleased until tonight! We would almost always order, along with grinders and/or regular pizza, a vegetarian pizza, of various sizes, but with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. And it has never been a problem until now. They never even charged extra, which seems right, as the two sauces are nearly the same at the grocery stores. But tonight I was told it would be more to change to Alfredo. So I asked how much more, and I was told by the girl taking the order to hold on, while she checked. But when she returned, she didn't say anything, just put in my pizza order, and I assumed my grinder order as well. So I figured it either wasn't more, as before, or at least a small increase. So when the price was $34.35 it sounded about right. I even left a small $1.54 tip to cover any extra labor due to the change. However when I picked up my order there was no grinder. She said I didn't order one (I did) and the unusually high price for one large vegetarian pizza was because they 1st charged me for a large chicken Alfredo pizza but without chicken (no credit at all for the chicken I didn't even order) and then on top of that, $3.25 X 3, or $9.75 for black olives, green peppers, and mushrooms. So, one vegetarian pizza was almost $35. When I picked it up, and asked where the grinder was, she said I didn't order one, and the above was explained to me. They said it has always been this way, but for the last year and a month, and I would say at least 8 other times, I have never been charged this way. I wasn't going to go all Karen on them, I simply asked if it was a one time mistake, or if this would be permanent, and I was assured it was how it would be. So, I let them know that it was out of our reach, (especially being on a fixed income as we are, as both my wife and I suffer from disabilities). But they didn't just loose us, they lost our friends that we always recommended and also the many family members that visit from Florida often. Sorry, but I feel this sudden change was unjustified, and no pizza is worth $35! You don't have to agree with me, to each there own, but I felt I had to let people know, especially if they like to custom order their food! P/S - I really believe that leaving any negative posts that this restaurant could learn from and thus improve are pointless! I doubt they read these reviews or even care. But it could help other customers when trying to decide on where to eat. At least it fits fo some...

They have sandwiches “grinders”, pizzas, salads, some pastas (which are microwaved), bakes fries and a few other things. The food is usually good. The restaurant and restrooms are normally clean. The staff needs to learn how to be nice to their customers! I called to place an order for pickup.

The first time I called they picked up the phone didn’t say a word and hung up on me. The second time I called, the lady answered the phone rude and hateful. I told her I needed to place an order. She didn’t ask if for pick up or delivery. I started to place my order and she just continued to get hateful! She got ruder, as I was trying to take off certain vegetables and put on others. Once I was finished placing the order she said “give us about 20 minutes maybe it will be done by then.” I said “Okay. Thank you” and she hung up on me. Her tone of voice is horrible and she definitely needs to be trained in customer service and phone etiquette! I understand that she may have been busy, however she should not have been hateful to customers at all! She should be able to treat everyone with respect as I was treating her with respect!! If she can not handle taking phone or in person orders she shouldn’t be allowed to do so. She should then just be in the back making food, or washing dishes, not dealing with the public!

That is how the General Manager Doug used to do it. However, he must have been desperate to hire someone as rude as this lady to work with the customers. Then again, Doug doesn’t care as long as he gets his paycheck and 10% profit. As I and others have heard him say multiple times in the past.

Once we arrived to pick up and pay for our food (3:41pm, gave her almost 30 minutes). I noticed they were not busy at all!! The place was a wreck, nasty. Trash on the ground. Drink station was dirty and not stocked!! The lady was still rude! Even with us being nice and polite! She needs some manners! We ended up throwing away the drinks because we tried 6 lids that were the correct size and still wouldn’t work. This place was way better 4+ years ago when they actually had employees that knew what they were doing, and took pride in their work! We won’t be back!!! This is the second time this lady has been rude and hateful! She should not be working with...

Our family chose this restaurant to celebrate our grandsons 10th birthday. When we arrived at 4 pm it should of been a red-flag because there wasnt a single car in the parking lot. However there were 3 employees sitting in different spots on the dining floor each on their cell phone and not one of them greeted us.We didn't know if they were an employee or a customer. We all chose a large table as there were 6 adults and 2 babies . After several minutes a male ..still on his phone ..walked behind the counter and did not even acknowledge us ..ask if we needed a menu or anything..my husband placed our order and the other two females walked to the back but still on their phone. Our food arrived ,but separately...the pizza was one of the greasiest I have ever ate. Not one employee came to our table to check on us and not one customer entered through the door when we left an hour later. We had brought a cake in with us and not once did an employee offer to clean off our table to make room . I proceeded to clean off our table with all three employees still on their phone. I moved all our dirty stuff to a table and the male employee walked over still on his phone sending messages...standing in front of the dirty table and not lifting his eyes from his phone.. This is the crappiest service we have ever experienced and for an establishment to employ such individuals is a disgrace. We will not be back and encourage others to not spend their hard working money on this...

This review was a dine in experience.  The restaurant was clean and everything looked good. They only have one menu taped to the counter, and as a new customer this made it a little slow to order. The staff seemed neither happy nor angry. They were all just "there". The games in the game room were a great addition. The food came pretty quickly. Was very hot. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage. The pizza undercarriage was not crisp, rather just chewy. The crust has a nice crisp snap though. The dough had nice flavor. The sauce was thick and dark red with nice tomato flavor. The cheese was a tad greasy, and there was a lot of it. If you love cheese you will probably appreciate this restaurant. The pepperoni didn't seem to be of the spicy variety. The sausage had the most flavor. It was unique with spices and I feel this is where the cumin was added. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had the Chicago Steak grinder, everyone else had: Barbecue Pork grinder. Ham, Cheese, & Salami grinder. Kids Cheese Pizza. Cinnamon Roll. My kids said they wanted to go back here when we are in the area again! There use to be a Bellacino’s in Greeneville TN & Elizabethton TN over a decade ago in which they had a much better recipe for Chicago Steak grinder. I recommend this location shave/slice the onions and green peppers instead of diced (like the former locations) much better flavor, maybe more cheese & garlic spread. Atmosphere is a little plain but the kids said it was a cool little spot.

We ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, mushroom pizza and 12 buffalo wings. The dough is between crunch and soft and not thick nor thin. To me it was great! The cheese was real mozzarella or so seemed like it was. It was good! They used real Italian sausage but were a little skimpy on their ingredients. The wings were a little disappointing in that they were soggy. However the taste was on point with what you would expect buffalo wings to taste like. Coming from Chicago I would eat here again. Wait was 15 minutes.
