My husband & I stopped here for donuts & I needed a restroom. We intended to buy a dozen. When we came in to the business we were greeted by a young lady who was running back & forth from the desk to the drive through. It was around 8:25PM and the selection was limited. I asked where the restroom was and was told it was not available because it was being cleaned. I said, “You’re kidding me, right?” She said, “I’m sorry but there are chemicals being used so we can’t let you in.” I have never encountered this situation before. I told my husband that I had to go back to our vehicle. He bought a couple of the leftover donuts for himself and we had to go find a restroom for me. Since there was one person dedicated at the time to cleaning the restrooms, why was I not offered the other restroom?
This error in judgement cost them business that day and forever. Our son lives there and we visit him several times a year. The loss of our money isn’t going to bankrupt them, but I’m sure others will encounter this incompetent level of customer service and it will show eventually. I contacted corporate and was told the franchisee would contact me in 2 business days....

The man couldn’t be ruder. I was told that he didn’t care and he was to busy for situations or complaints. He let me know that corporate gets paid the big bucks for that. He than proceeded to tell me that US CUSTOMERS bring on the situations and complaints yourself. I let him know I was calling corporate on his store and his employees. Bianca was even rude as I was leaving the store she was laughing and saying customers like this, is why I hate my job. Well than quit! I won’t ever be back! Corporate was called. I would rather go next door to McDonald’s and get ice coffee with coffee grounds in it. Than to ever get a thing from this dunkin. Beware, it might happen to you. While I’m waiting in the drive through I can hear the little girl inside working name Madison yelling about how I’m holding up the line and I shouldn’t ask for less ice! Extremely disrespectful! She’s yelling like this while customers are in the store! And the drive through window is CLOSED & I can still hear her. Dunkin needs to do better at training employees for better customer service!
