Lucas was the cashier and from the time we walked in the door, he acted as if he didn't want to wait on us. He told us it would be at least 25 minutes to get our food, i told him that was fine. After I told him what I wanted he said we don't have that. I was wanting the summer all in bundle. I preceded to order something different. I ordered the classic meal for 2, I asked for 7 flats and 8 drums and he told me they couldn't do that. They had done it before on our last visit. I said ok thats fine. I paid $65, could have saved about $10 if he'd let me order the special I saw online that he said you didn't have. After i sat down i looked online again for the special and went back to the counter to show him what i wanted to order then he proceeds to tell me he never said they didn't have it. Never offered to fix the issue just stood and argued with me. Obviously I know he won't get in trouble because his mom is the manager and she was standing there watching him argue with me in street clothes waiting on a Togo order. Worst service we've experienced...

The food is really fresh and the tenders are cooked to perfection. Ate there twice. The wait time on food was at least 30 min due to delivery app orders. This time, one order of the fries were burnt. Service was ok. Cashier provided a sample of the sauce for chicken tenders. The Hawaiian is good; has a sweet taste. I used it to downplay some of the lemon pepper chicken tenders. The ranch was also a good dip for the lemon pepper chicken tenders, which could possibly be overwhelming if you eat a good bit of them. I do love the flavor, but it's so intense that I wouldn't recommend anyone with high blood pressure eat them (regular ones, yes). The lemon pepper chicken sandwich is good with honey mustard. The hickory bbq tenders have a slight spicy taste. To indulge in the 3 chocolate brownie, you have to like more than milk chocolate; the texture is good. The restroom was clean. I won't rate based on the fact that someone made the scent of it...

I won't be coming back. We had three people in our order. At the time we ordered, there was one other table inside and it wasn't busy. We waited 40 minutes for one person's order to come out, then another 20 for my order to come out and another 10 for our third person's order to come out. My order was incorrect. I ordered boneless wings and they brought out bone in. Miraculously 30 seconds later, they brought out the correct order, but it was severely overcooked, room temperature at best, and more breading than chicken. They clearly gave me something that had been sitting out for a while. Sauce tasted okay but was minimal amount of it. The boneless wings were very small compared to other places that serve wings. I ordered 10 boneless wings and a side of blue cheese, and somehow it came out to $23. I will never waste my money or...
