McDonald's — Restaurant in Sevierville

So i go to McDonald's after I had went to dollywood thinking i was gonna get us something to eat and we ordered 40 minutes later got our food tben take a bite of my double quarter pounder to spit it back out because it was red take it back up there and tell them what is wrong with it then wait 25 more minutes for them to remake it while im really going off at this point to get my burger again for it to be something other than the quarter pounder with cheese and i finally say you know what just give me my moneys back and then the manager tells me to keep my comments to myself because they was under staffed and really busy all this while one guy was standing there doing nothen but leaning up against the wall another guy was breaking down boxes and. A younger guy was running around being busy trying to get orders out and another Girl was working off the clock because thats what she said and there was other people waiting on there food for more than 30 minutes and getting mad. I understand your understaffed but good grief thats rediculas and its the McDonald's at the end of the road of veterans next to the new bogangles not happy at all if you cant get all your people to do there how then u dont need to be a manager. Very bad service very bad and then I had to give my receipt back so they can do my order just to get it halfway right and never got it right because they were so busy and understaffed that the screen just kept...

My family ate at the McDonalds on dolly Parton parkway in Severille. The worst McDonalds my family has ever eaten at. Its fast food so I do not expect 5 star quality by any means, but DO NOT go inside to get their drinks. They have a new system that dispenses ALL drinks in 1 dispenser and if you get water, expect it to be brown, pink, purple, red, whatever. If you get a lemonade, expect it to taste like dr. Pepper or something else that does not mix well. Also, if a staff member is at the drink dispenser, do not bother trying to get drinks. They will shove you out of their way even if you got there first or are in the process of getting your drink. I had to fill my water 4 different times full until it turned clear.

Also, we had a big order and it was done in 3 minutes, when it usually takes 10 minutes or more. No surprise the burgers and fish were super dry which is whatever I guess because its McDonalds. The way the burgers were thrown together (my sisters burger patty was not even in the bun) was pathetic at best and considering how dry the food was and the fact it took less than 3 minutes to serve 4 burgers and 2 nuggets 1 fish and 5 fries pretty much leaves you guessing how long the food had been sitting. Maybe it was an off day and the food wasn't the big issue for my family. The big issue that has me leaving this place 1 star is the rude staff and disgusting...

Some poor lady walked out the door and left her coffee. It was a few minutes after 11pm so the doors were locked and she couldn't walk back in to get it. She banged on the window in front of an employee who was sitting down talking on her cell phone. The employee ignored the lady. I told the employee what the lady needed but was told "It's after 11, we're not allowed to open the doors, I don't care what she left here." The employee was echoed by another woman working the drive thru. Instead of telling the poor woman knocking on the window, pointing to her coffee, the employee went back to the kitchen to hide, refusing to look at the lady or communicate in any way with her.

UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS.

I suggested the lady drive around to the drive thru. She did. And I got to listen to the employees (three of them now) running their mouths about the nerve of the lady who drove around to the drive thru so someone would hand her missing coffee thru the window. At least one shift manager, a man, was present. I do understand not being able to open the door--that's not my complaint. But with the level of "service", rudeness, and general after-me-the-flood behavior I witnessed, I don't place much trust in what I can't see (food prep, cleanliness, etc). I think I will avoid this...
