If I could give this a negative 1 stars I would. We came late at night and it was nice because it was one of the few places open after my husband got off work. The first irk was that the person taking the orders was forcing every driver to wait as he did god-knows-what, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt because there was probably a very small team and he was making the food too, right? Wrong. But to touch on that later. We wait in line for over 30 minutes as he stops each and every car and they wait to order. We're tired and the line is growing behind us so we know they're in for a long night, so we try to be nice. He of course stops us, and disappears for at least 5-6 minutes. He comes back only for us to start a sentence and then hear the timer for fries to go off, and he immediately says "oh, wait a sec" and is gone for another 5 minutes. At this point this is ridiculous because there is only one car in front of us and their dining room is closed. We finally order with a man with a monotone voice who yelled at us because we could not hear him, and are treated horribly. Onto the pickup. You would think this part would be better. Wrong again. We pull up to a girl telling us our total and then not taking our card and going to help some lady outside the entrance complaining about them getting their order wrong. Sure, I used to work in food service and it happens. Except for the team of 3 were all focusing on her problem as the girl travels back and forth delivering messages between the customer and the manager, because the manager is too busy eating a sandwich while he is cooking on the line to actually go out and talk to her herself. The girl comes back and gives us our drinks, we wait forever for our bag as all 3 start standing in a circle around our bag trying to figure out what was in our order. That's right, NO ONE KNEW. TO MAKE IT WORSE, THE MAN WHO TOOK OUR ORDER GAVE US OUR BAG MISSING MORE THAN HALF THE ITEMS AND STRAIGHT UP ASKED "what else did you guys have?" AS IF THERE ISN'T A MONITOR BEHIND HIM SHOWING OUR ORDER. We correct him on what's missing and all 3 are trying to figure out whether or not they have everything. One of them is just wandering and staring at us while the other 2 are arguing over whether they gave us an Uber eats bag or not, and mind you it's not for an important purpose, it's just over the sticker. What I mean to say is, the manager and the girl could have easily let it go and made another bag for the Uber eats order in progress but the girl thought it was entertaining to tell her manager his mistake while we are still waiting to pay. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS OVER 40 MINUTES AT THIS POINT. They don't take our card after handing us all of our food and we figure they will give us a discount or even not make us pay considering it was an almost comically bad experience from start to finish. But nope, they make us pay full price. We get back to our apartment to discover our food is quite obviously old and cold, and my sandwich was missing ingredients on it. I got a classic chicken and from my past experience in working in food service the only way the chicken would be that old is if I messed up another order and made an extra patty and set it aside, only to slap it on a later sandwich and call it a night. So all and all, we saw probably the most incompetent crew we've ever seen, and not a single person including the manager knew what they were doing. We live 3 minutes from this Wendys and will be going to the one farther away as we will NEVER return to this one. Horrible...
Read moreChad was Excellent. I stopped here passing through one day, wanting a Grilled Chicken Wrap with Extra ranch. When I walked in they were very busy. So I just waited patiently until the crowd died down. As I waited, there was no one at the counter. But they still seemed busy catching up on orders, so I Continued to give them the Tome they needed to catch up. That was when Chad, ( Beautiful Blue eyes Btw!) asked me if I had been helped. I told Him “No.” He proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I had told him that I was pregnant and that I really would appreciate it if he made it with Extra Ranch and to add onions. He told me “Sure thing”, and reassured me with a Smile. I Love Service with a Smile. Very Contagious. He immediately Went and Put on a Fresh pair of Gloves and went back there to the Back Line and started Putting my Food together. He showed me the ranch on the tortilla and asked me if the amount was sufficient Enough. Which I REALLY appreciate. I told Him Yes and He proceeded to make my Chicken Wrap EXACTLY how I wanted it. It was so Delectable and Perfect. He made it so Quick. I was surprised. I hadn’t Even got done Pouring my Drink when he had called “BURGESS” The Wrap was Warm, and Delicious. And as I read my Bible, I’d Look Up occasionally to see Chad Working hard. Whether it was Making food, Cleaning up after people who refuse to clean up after themselves, or Wiping down tables and keeping it Nice in the Lobby. He is a Hard worker and Deserves to be Recognized. Thank you Chad. I would Like for YOU to Make my Food When I come here again. Thank you for your upbeat, kind and Generous attitude. I...
Read moreI went to this location at 3:30pm during the week. They were short with me when taking my order at the drive thru speaker but whatever. After picking up my food which took 30 mins just to get through the drive thru process I pull into a space. We had gotten the Sponge Bob frosty and with the pineapple mango stuff on the bottom we weren't real sure about the stuff on the bottom so I ran inside to ask. The manager meets me at the door. She had run to the door to lock the doors on me so I couldn't come inside because I guess they thought I was going to complain but I beat her to the door. All while people are sitting inside eating in the dining room so I guess it was open but just not for me. I get back to the car and my daughter had asked me to get ketchup for her but I had forgotten so I go back and that's when I realize the doors were locked. I brought the frosty with me to the door but pitched it. We just weren't real sure about it and I just took the loss. Point is I wasn't giving them a hard time in trying to get my money back. So at this point there is no way to get ketchup unless I go up to the drive thru window where another car is parked and making a scene. They see me outside looking at them at the drive thru window where another car is parked and they start pointing and laughing instead of opening up the window to see how they can help me. Food quality was horrible. I just read all the recent reviews. Sounds like they need to clean house and start with a new staff. How do these people keep...
