Editing from my review 6 months ago: Since my previous review, the quality has gone down drastically. Iāve consistently ordered the same drink for the last 4 years, as of recent this location has been seriously hit or miss-heavy on the miss. 5 times now (in the last 2 months which is all Iāve gone at this point) Iāve gotten my usual drink-there hasnāt been any sauce or syrup, or once no milk. I always tip $7-$12 and keep receiving drinks Iām just throwing away because I donāt want to bother going back through and chancing another horrible drink. The only time my drink has been made properly is when I specifically ask for Bradi to make it. I understand training new people and there will be mistakes but this location has completely fallen apart. I got a drink today (12/30/23) that had ZERO sauce, I had a former Lincoln manager try it to make sure I was right-immediately trashed. Iām not sure what happened but Iām hoping it gets back on track in the near future because a lot of people whoāve been there for months are quite sweet.

Well after today I definitely will not be back. At 10:55A today Open sign was still on, Myself and 4-5 other cars are sitting in the drive thru waiting to order. Not 1 but 2 employees come out take trash yo the dumpster walk back in the store. A minute later 1 blonde employee comes out gets in her car and leaves. A minute later another blonde employee comes out. Starts walking to her car (all the while 4-5 cars still in line waiting to order) My husband hollers at her asking if theyāre closed? Her replay āYeah we actually closed at 11A today.ā Not once did either blonde employee say hey Iām sorry weāre closed. They just ignored what had become 5-6 cars in line waiting to order. There were still employees inside the store as well no one came in the speaker to say sorry weāre closed. Terrible customer service. This isnāt my worst experience yet however. The last time I was there the blonde employee serving me at the window was eating food while serving me. I complained directly to the manager that time. Not giving them the benefit of the doubt this time....

(5/19/22) It's a hit or miss if your drink is going to be good at this particular scooters. I've realized it depends who is working. If I see a red car parked outside the place it's usually good . Tonight there was no red car and the service was... not good. Today 5/19/22 when I was giving my order a girl on the other end was laughing the whole time (not professional) my strawberry smoothie still had big ice chunks in it, couldn't even use the straw for it. Come on Seward Scooters, get your stuff together! I was so excited to hear Scooters was coming to Seward, the customer service is a let down generally.
There isn't consistency on asking if I want whipped cream or not. Half the time they just choose not to ask and not put it on.
