So I normally don't leave negative reviews but employees making me uncomfortable I think should be addressed. I was recently in this Dunkin and ordered my usual, a small iced mocha macchiato with oat milk extra shot of espresso, extra pump of mocha. As I left I took a sip I immediately noticed something tasted very off..almost like the espresso was bad or the oat milk was weird but I'm allergic to dairy and wanted to make sure I didnt get sick drinking this if it was milk so I politely ask a employee if I can have it remade something was off about it and if it has dairy I can't drink it. As I said I get this coffee almost everyday I know how it should taste. So they brought it over and let the manager know and the manager(blonde hair older women) came back to me and tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the coffee and that's how it's supposed to be and it's not regular dairy cuz bla blah ..so instead of just making me a new one she was just telling me I'm wrong lol. So I felt uncomfortable and said I'm sorry something didn't taste right I'd like it remade. So I stood and waited and watched the other employee make me a new one and watched her stir something with the mocha on the bottom and I said wait I'm sorry it's a macchiato it should not be stired and I really don't want that spoon in my drink so she gets annoyed and throws it out aggressively in the trash and remakes it again ..now I'm more uncomfortable but I asked very nicely to have it remade, I'm not a confrontational person and didn't want to be rude. I don't think I deserve that hostility. After she remakes it and I leave I take a sip and it again tasted very weird like the espresso was stale and I was way too nervous to say or do anything and just left with it. I don't think it was a employees fault my coffee was off but not handling it in a nice way was the very wrong way to go about it. If I'm paying $6 for a coffee I'd like to leave with it the way I asked. Most of the time I'm way too nervous to say anything if my coffee is wrong but I don't want to...
Read moreFood and coffee is decent..... when they get it right. Staff is slow and look at you like you are bothering them. No "Good morning! What can I get for you today?" They just glare at you, waiting for you to talk. When you order, make sure you speak slow and clear because there is a 50% chance they will mess up your order. Sometimes I feel like they do it on purpose. If you don't like what you do, DO SOMETHING ELSE. I will not be going back to this location simply because of the staff....
UPDATE- Decided to give them another shot and YET AGAIN I was let down. They lack the ability to follow simple instructions. HAM, egg and cheese on a croissant with a toasted almond coffee NO SUGAR and cream... seems easy right?????!?!? NO, here I am with a SAUSAGE, egg & cheese with a coffee that is undrinkable for the amount of sugar in it is screaming diabetes. Shame on me for giving this horrible excuse of a dunkin donuts...
Read moreI used to visit this location daily for breakfast, not anymore. After 8 times of the staff not fulfilling my order properly, I am done. I contacted the main company and they were of no help. The on staff manager offered me 1 free meal but I'm not interested. When you only have a limited amount of time before work to get food, I thought ordering through the app would save time, you run in, grab your order and off you go. Eight times, they missed something. In my opinion, that is unexceptionable. I understand they are busy, but that is just negligence at that point. I won't ever return to this location and if you want what you pay for, I suggest you choose another location. It's sad because they are so conveniently located to me, but it's not worth the aggravation and...
