McDonald's — Restaurant in Seymour

So me and my friends were going to McDonald’s on a hot summer day and I had 4935 points so I decided I would get them all an ice cream. I did a mobile order and we arrived at about 2:03 and I got my ice cream instantly . We had two more Ice creams and we waited for the other two to come. We waited for about 30 minutes and thought it was taking long so we called them . When we called them we were talking to the manager about how long we were waiting and he said we only ordered 2 . We then saw the manager come outside and he said the one at that I received and one that showed on the screen are the only ones there. Even though I ordered three and I told him that, he told me to show him the receipts. I was trying to get it up but he just walked inside the store. We called back and told him we found the receipts and he told us to come into the store . My friend showed him the receipts and he said they were all the same order number, he said that because he was reading the date. We then corrected him and said no that’s the date , all three orders have separate numbers . He then told us he’s not giving us any ice cream and to call the number on the email to get his points back. When I called the number it was the store number and he just answered and instantly ended it. After an hour of waiting total now we were about to leave when he went the door and an employee walked out with two ice creams and said he told me to give these to you . I was totally fine with not getting the ice creams and just getting the points back but once I realized the number he told me to call was his store I knew that he just knew we proved him wrong. Absolutely worst place I give them zero stars if I could I have been going to this Mc Donald’s since I was 12 years old and never have I ever experienced such a disgusting experience. My husband got dinner and brought it home I realized they didn’t not give any fries for my order and mind you we are a household of 7 people (2 adults and 5 children) I called and spoke to a lady which she told me to come in the next day and she was sorry she was going to give us a refund because she could hear my children crying because there was no french fries . My husband went the next day with one of the kids and called me I could hear the manager he spoke to was screaming and acting absolutely disgusting and my step daughter was upset and had such anxiety she was crying after this. I can not believe they have a manager there that talks to people like that which such disgusting manners and calling people names and told my stepdaughter bring back her happy meal toy and the rest of the food to get a refund because she doesn’t care .. and not going to say all the explicit thing she said .. I called corporate and made a complaint and the owner was supposed to call me but that’s a joke because no one ever called .. they have lost my business.. my families business and I tell everyone do not go there .. this place needs to be shut down .. and the food is...

Fast service and courteous employees. Menu probably could be expanded beyond the basic menu which was curtailed during the pandemic. Prices have increased dramatically in past two years but seems to have had little impact on number of customers. A busy place most hours of the day. I especially like the McDonald's app which is easy to navigate and intuitive. One of the biggest advantages of the app is that it offers discounted food deals and points that can be redeemed for free menu items. Over the past four years, I have seen a dramatic menu reduction resulting in a focus on the basic, well-known items such as breakfast foods, hamburger and chicken sandwiches, French fries and drinks. While this short menu provides little variety, it ensures shorter wait times in the drive-through, which seems to be the only way that people order fast food today. I always go into the restaurant to pick up my order and I very rarely see anyone eating inside at the tables. Staff seems well-trained and polite. However, on my latest visit my hamburger was haphazardly assembled with the cheese and meat patty sticking out of the bun. The food quality is good, and prices are reasonable compared to many other hamburger restaurants, making McDonald's relatively budget-friendly.
