Culver's is, without a doubt, one of my favorite fast-casual restaurants. Every visit feels less like a quick meal and more like a genuinely satisfying dining experience. Let's talk about the butterburgers – they are simply phenomenal. The beef is always incredibly fresh and juicy, and that lightly toasted, buttery bun takes it to another level. And the cheese curds? An absolute must-have. They're perfectly fried, with just the right amount of squeak and a delicious, melty interior. But Culver's isn't just about the savory. It was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had at a drive through. The lady at the window was so unprofessional and thought she was being funny, but none of us thought it was. She threw the drink carrier at us and tried laughing it off and threw straws at us. I called the manager and all he did was tell us that it wasn’t their policy to act like that. I went inside cause the order was messed up and talked face to face with the manager and he did not take it seriously at all. The lady (if you can even call her that) thought it was still a joke when I tried asking her why she did what she did. I would understand if we didn’t treat her with respect but we used all the manners in the book. I have the whole thing on video and you can easily see how she was acting. We were there for the solar eclipse and couldn't have had a better experience. Someone was on the lot giving parking directions. We were able to set up chairs, walk around etc. The store closed for about 30 minutes so staff could see the eclipse.

My family was one of many who ate after the eclipse. We got burgers and fries but each of us had different toppings. I had pretzel cheese bites and my daughter had cheese curds. Our order was hot and correct even though they were busy. The fries, cheese curds and pretzel bites were delicious! Culver's always rocks burgers and these didn't disappoint.
