Extra Space Storage — Local services in Seymour

It is a nice storage unit, but I started renting in 2023 at $50 a month for a 5x10 storage unit. I now pay $100 a month while they are offering the same unit now for $40 a month online, that does NOT say it is an introductory price. I understand prices change depending on the market but how do you keep raising my price and never adjust it when the price goes down? Needless to say, I can get a storage unit across the street from my house twice the size for $85, so I will be moving out.
