I love Wendy's but this Wendy's is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. It consistently takes at least 40 minutes to get your food (even when I was the only car in line) and they screw up my order almost every single time (no exaggeration). Last time I went they said "there'd be a wait" on my order so I pulled up, 15 minutes later they come up with 3 bags of food that wasn't my order so they go back in. 10 Minutes after that the guy comes back out with what seems like my food, but forgot the drinks and salad. He goes back in and brings out the drinks, no salad. I point this out and he goes back in again. After 15 minutes of waiting I figured this guy's gone so I go inside. They apologized that the guy "forgot to come back outside" and made my salad. I get home to discover after all of this I received the wrong sandwich (triple cheeseburger instead of baconator), the wrong frostys (ordered chocolate, received vanilla) and my wife and daughters burgers were wrong as well (asked for no ketchup, received seemingly extra ketchup). I checked the receipt and the lady who took the order had everything right on the receipt, they just made it all completely wrong.
This was AFTER I had emailed to complain a couple months ago after my orders were consistently wrong and missing food. The manager wrote me back and said they had made significant changes to management and that things should be better now, they're clearly not.
I realize that after getting my order wrong sooo many times that I should just stop going to this Wendy's, which I ultimately will do now, but it sucks because I LOVE Wendy's.    Read moreUpdate August 20th 2020, 9 p.m: This Wendy's is officially the worst. I would have walked out if my pregnant wife didn't need food. I walked in, and soon followed in by about 6 guys who found their friend waiting to order at the register. They cut me in line to greet him and I explained to them that I was waiting. They decided to dap up their other friend who was apparently working tonight, and then proceeded to still cut me in line. The friend took their order before mine and they just continued to make a huge loud and boisterous scene, and made the workers take even longer than they already were. The worst part, none of the guys who walked in wore a mask and they made sure to ignore social distancing rules. A rule no worker decided was actually important enough to enforce. I can handle the long lines and wait time, but employees condoning this type of behavior, while simultaneously ignoring customer safety, I just can't stand for.
Update Early 2020: 3 stars. Since renovating a few months ago, the staff have really improved. People are genuinely happy to be around now. The service is a also just a tad faster sometimes. Keep improving guys.

I swore I'd never go back, but had a late night and just wanted a quick drive through for a sandwich. There was only 1 car at the window that was waiting for their order when I pulled up. I waited about 3-4 min without any response from the speaker, while I watched the employee in the first window just sit there. Eventually, when the car pulled away I called into the speaker without an answer. About 1 min later a garbled voice comes on and I ask "what was that?" I hear nothing until another 30 seconds and someone yells for me to not yell at them! Are you kidding me? I apologize and tell them I didn't think they'd heard me, but then they tell me their "down" and ask what that means and she snipes at me that they aren't taking anymore orders. They let me sit there all this time and that wasn't passed on to me as soon as I drove up? When I asked why they didn't let me know right away, I'm told not to "get smart with me," in such a belligerent, disrespectful manner that I'm completely taken aback and struck speechless!
