I just got back from a good day at Valley fair and for this FAST FOOD restaurant to ruin a perfect day. I went to Burger King with my family. They apparently closed at 10 but they were still taking orders around 9:45, they asked me whether I wanted it for here or to go. I thought they were going to let us eat there for another extra 15 minutes so I said here. They were very slow, people before us we're still getting their food. The customers before us said that they've been waiting for around 10-15 minutes. The people in the kitchen were taking their sweet time to make the food. If I hadnt ask for my food they would probably forget about me and I have would have not received my Whopper. There was a Hispanic family, two young white guys and as well as two young muslim women. At first they were telling us that the lobby was closing in 3 minutes and we just received our food. As mentioned before I thought they would give us at least 15 minutes to finish our Whoppers and fries. After that the night shift manager started to hand out bags. He just seem to appear out of nowhere and giving out everyone inside a bag. He told us that we had to pack our food and leave. Everyone before us had basically finished their food so they left. Look I am not trying to bash on Burger King, I just hated the methods the employees used to get everyone out. Everyone was very irritated with the night shift manager(I think that's what he is), his name was Curtis. I'm mad because if 10 is really they're closing time they shouldn't have taken more orders around 945 they could have simply just told me "we close at 10, would you like your order to go". It could have taken them two sentences it's not that hard. and then he started to stare us down like a hawk and circling us. He demanded that we leave immediately, it would have made sense if the other employees were cleaning but none of them were doing anything. So me and my family decided to just leave our food there and go home. The night shift manager runs after us and demands us to throw away our food after the horrible way he treated us. The cashier persisted as well and decided to cuss me out. I didn't cuss back because I knew that would make this more of a bigger issue. The nightshift manager from inside takes a picture of my car, trying to intimidate us. Well lucky for them my phone ran out of battery and I couldn't take a video of the place. No I am not trying to receive attention in any way this night shift is an actually nightmare. This is not customer service at all, and I don't plan to return to that Burger King. There is only one name I know and that is an employee named Curtis. Look if anyone still doubts this story is real, a17 year old would not take his time to write a paragraph in the summer if this wasn't really important. To anyone who reads this review or if you were one of the people inside, the night shift sucks. 0 out of 5 for the night shifts rude and unsatisfying customer service. They all need to get fired.
Edit: I just looked up their Closing Time online and they're supposed to close at 12am. This is either Google's fault or the cashiers fault for not telling us...
Read moreThis place lost a lot of stars from me very quickly. Would have given them a 4 until I started experiencing problems. The first time I went and had to wait for 20 minutes for only a few items. They said they had to cook my food fresh, but after waiting that long almost all of it had that old sitting under a heat lamp taste. The manager was also loudly yelling to his team that they shouldn't worry about the long wait times customers were having because they should expect to wait for their food.. uh.. I thought this was fast food?? Didn't go back for some time because of this. When I finally did go back the same manager was working. He took my order and actually cut me off when I was trying to customize the sandwiches(RUDE). Another customer came in after me and an employee was just staring at his phone at the fron counter and said nothing to the customer, until after a few minutes the manager said they'd be with him in a minute. Got home and was missing part of my order that I paid for. Did a survey and requested a call back, it's been days and I've heard nothing. I won't be going back. Originally 4 stars -1 for a 20 minute wait with no explanation, -1 for rude staff and missed order accuracy -1 for corporate workers who don't care about their customers satisfaction. Will be telling everyone I know to take extreme caution when coming here!
Edit: they just sent me an email asking for feedback on the problem resolution. How you gonna ask me to fill out another survey when you still haven't contacted me...
Read moreYesterday afternoon went to the drive thru and I was talking to a person taking my order which he was polite, as I was explaining him that I had a survey receipt where you get a free whopper. All of a sudden I here someone else voice, I didn't know she was the manager name Anastosha interrupting the conversation. by the speaker and said you have to buy a whopper for $5 dollar so can get the second free. So when I got to the window to pay I told the gentlemen lets do that I will buy the that first one on regular price and second one free. All of a sudden the Manager Anastosha appears opens the window and said no she was not going to give me the second one free she said now that I have to buy a whole meal with fries if I wanted that second whopper for free, She was very rude. Even the employee on the side explain her but her eager was to high. When I told her I was going to put a review, she didn't want to give me a receipt. Please don't go there people that women shows up everywhere, on the drive thru speaker or by the window when you are about to pay, and thinks she knows it all and thinks she owns the place. Plus I got home and thought it was over and I end up finding a long hair in my burger which I kept that hair if in case they want to see it and match it with one of the employees. I told my neighbor about it and he said o yeah he said he use to go that store 2 to 3 times a week but not anymore because of the Manager...
