Every time I come here, I get exactly what I order, except for today. On the 21st Night of September, I ordered a Large Oreo Blizzard. I expected the worker, who looked like Bobby Hill, to be able to do his minimum wage job and get me the Blizzard. But do you think God stays in heaven, because he too, is afraid of his creation? I think so, which is why, I, as his new prophet, received a GREEN Oreo Blizzard! Why was it green you might ask? Well, after talking to my gynecologist, it appeared to have turned a sickly green color as a result of the Carbonaro Effect, which is the name of a hidden camera magic TV show, like the one you are on right now.

This location used to absolutely be one of the best and most consistent DQ’s I frequented. The Blizzard treats were always made with the right amount of ingredients and mixed really well as they are supposed to be. The last half dozen visits have left me wondering what has changed at this location as now the Blizzard’s are consistently lacking ingredients and aren’t mixed well. It just shouldn’t be hard to follow DQ’s guidelines to a great product but it sure seems to be a struggle at this location now. You can see in the attached picture the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard isn’t very strawberry. It was more of a vanilla cheesecake Blizzard.

I have had great experiences most times I've stopped here (1-4 times a week for a shake). Sometimes the service is spotty, with a bunch of teenagers running it. Today was the first time in a while I was disappointed with my food. I mean, it's a pretty pathetic looking shake 😕. Not full to the suggested top even. This is how it was handed to me, I haven't even drank it or let it melt.

My wife and I have ordered Blizzards at this location twice over the last month. During the first visit, one item in our order was a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzard - this blizzard came with no cookie dough in it. (something we didn't notice until we got home, as we went through the drive-thru) Assuming that was just an honest mistake, we gave this location another try about three weeks later - this time ordering one of the featured Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough blizzards. Unfortunately, this blizzard AGAIN had zero cookie dough chunks in it.

Making a mistake once would be understandable, but twice in a row (weeks apart) doesn't seem like a coincidence. And if this is due to missing ingredients, (again... it would be wild if a location were out of cookie dough for weeks at a time) they should be communicating that and not allowing people to order what isn't actually available. This is completely unacceptable, and Dairy Queen corporate should be made aware of this. We'll be going to the Savage location (which actually DOES put cookie dough chunks in their cookie dough blizzards - we just tried it last week)...

It was about a week ago we went to DQ to eat. We got a couple of the 5 and 6$ buck lunches. I ate a couple bites from my chicken sandwich it had a mushy texture I looked down and it was RAW. I almost puked. I took the chicken up to the counter and said this is raw a young girl I believe was newer took the chicken to the manager in back. I went outside to compose myself as I was feeling sick. Came back and waited no one approached me for an apology nothing. I went up to the counter to get our sundaes and she said oh you had the chicken. Another young girl asked if I'd like a box of dilly bars I said no but I would like a refund. She went and got the manager whom was a young male. He said so what is going on. I told him my chicken was raw and would like a refund. He told me that never happens here but ok handed me my. 6$ refund no sorry no anything. Bad service... Thankfully I didn't get sick.. I unfortunately haven't been able to eat chicken since....

Pretty badly messed up our order for the night. Almost completely forgot some of it and changed other parts of it. Got a blizzard with pecan nuts when asked for salted toffee- at least I didn't have a nut allergy when I bit into my treat otherwise it would have been too late. And changed the burger we ordered when they almost forgot we ordered it and brought out a burger we didn't order altogether. The people seemed friendly-ish otherwise while taking the order and helpful at the window except for mentioning where to pull off to the side to wait when we mentioned our missing burger; it wasn't specific at all. So we were confused and there's not a lot of area to figure out where to go at night. We ended up in the 'wrong spot' being told where to go for future parking when they brought out our missing burger. But we aren't from the area and with the way our order was so badly messed up I doubt I'd go back to this location while...
