Overall, there is some great options here. My favorite is the huge bone in pork chop and the jalapeno pork sticks. I wanted to note the $150 bone in rib roast I had ordered. The meat was quote oxidized on outside and was not trimmed. I obviously paid per pound so was disappointed to see so much fat that should have been trimmed. I also wish they had more items for higher grades, they dont specifically have prime or waygu. They have mentioned they can order the waygu though, maybe in the future i'll try that. Overall...

I will give this 1 star because the Jalapeno poppers were good. However when I asked the attendant if I can put on the grill frozen he said yes because they are already cooked. I belive the quality is above average. I appreciate the prime grade steak and have never been disappointed. Their seasoned and stuffed meats are great to mix and match for something new and great for get-togethers and dinner parties. I love getting my dog some treats too because their bones are great...
