This location has major service issues - worst JJ service ever. The only reason they get one star is because when you actually do get your food, it's good. My last 3 visits to this location:
Today, 12/30/20. Submitted order thru the app at 1:55pm. Received confirmation email that the order was received at 1:57pm. Approached drive thru window at 2:15pm. Person said they're working on that order now... Waited till 2:22pm at the drive thru window to get my sandwich and chips... That's 25 minutes to make a sandwich after they got the order... At 2pm, which is hardly rush hour... I counted 5 guys standing behind the counter that I could see thru the drive thru window...
Yesterday, 12/29/20. Submitted order thru the app approx 11am. Received confirmation that order was received. Drove 10 miles from Jordan, approx 15 minutes. Arrived and pulled up to drive thru window, said I put in an order thru the app. Was told they would start on it right away...
December 16th... Ordered thru the app and received confirmation of receipt. Waited till received confirmation that order is ready to approach drive thru... Waited 8 minutes and no one came on speaker to acknowledge my presence. Drove up to window and honked. One of the guys looked at me, then walked away. Another came to the window and asked what I wanted. I said I'm picking up an order that has been ready for 10 minutes. They couldn't find it and he apologized that nobody had their headsets on. He asked what was in the order and I showed the confirmation on my phone... He said they never got it and would make it now...
Contrasts markedly from Savage location, who accepted an order thru the app at 3:58pm (I was unaware that they close at 4pm)... Then called me to say they're closed but waiting for...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and was charged for someone else’s order. The clerk stops me and tells me, then charges me for mine. He told me that I’d be refunded the first charge that wasn’t mine. I waited 5 days and no refund. I called customer service and they told me they’d look into it but to also contact the store for refund.
When I called the store, I asked for the general manager and the guy who answered to take orders said he was the GM. He asked for who took my order and I told him. He said thats me. After more discussions and giving him my card number for a 3rd time, he says I’m not the GM but I’m the assistant manager. I was told this time the refund would go through but after waiting another 5 days, that turned out to be again false.
Jimmy johns still hasn’t refunded me for the other customers transaction. This is week 3 and after calling customer service again, they said nothing had been submitted. A later follow up call from customer service stated for a 3rd time, that I need to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Customer service couldn’t give me the contact info for a general manager at the franchise location. Now I have to go through my banks fraud dept to dispute the charge. Jimmy Johns customer service couldn’t even give me a proper channel for a formal complaint. Wow! Needless to say, I’ll never return to Jimmy Johns as both customer service and this franchise location cannot perform basic...

After waiting a couple minutes by the speaker for the drive-through I rolled up to the window thinking maybe they just didn't see me there. I smiled and waved and the worker looked at me . 10 minutes go by and still no one has acknowledged my presence there. At this point, I park and head in the store. The worker looks at me and then looks back down. I then ,a little sarcastically, ask "is the drive thru open? " ( I couldn't help myself; I was just so annoyed at this point). Of course, no reply. And no acknowledgment. He preceeded to ignore me some more with a flat expression with a sprinkle of side eye. I left. To note, I was the only one in line.
I would have been okay waiting for longer. But it is disrespectful to leave someone just waiting there; how could you not expect someone to get annoyed? You are wasting their time. If the worker was too busy they could have just told me. If they weren't going to be able to help me they could have told me. I would have just gone somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.
