I had a group of 4 and we all had a great experience with the food, staff, safety, sanitation, parking and everything that matters when you go out. I would highly advise the appetizers as they were all great! I thinks that’s so cool that you get “2 fers” at this place, I don’t drink personally but my family at my table loves when you can catch a buz for cheap ; ). Back to getting serious again, the drinks were fun and food was good. To be a real foodie for 1 second, I do have one thing that was “meh…” spicy pepperoni pizza. I dont want people to think all the pizzas there were that way but it was just ok for me personally but I hold pizza to a HIGH standard in fairness. To explain, it’s not the “Red Wagon, Lola or Black Sheep” top end pizza but good for a upscale bar. If you’re one of those that pick 4 things and have the waitress help choose, leave the pepperoni pizza out as the other main dishes were great! I would have to say the general consensus was the Apps were the highlight by far. We had a order of Nachos and a HUGE portion! The beef sandwich I was told “ I would order again”. We will definitely be back as I listened to the waitress and got the pizza instead of the beef stroganoff, I will be getting that beef stroganoff !!! Our first experience here was wonderful. It is clear they are doing their very best regarding safety for all during this challenging time. MAKE RESERVATIONS. We made the mistake of not doing this and waited a bit over an hour. Very understandable considering we just showed up, and there’s not many other restaurants in Shakopee on this level. The employees were all extremely pleasant, despite being absolutely slammed with customers. Several times we inquired about wait times and the sweet ladies at the entrance were cheerful and very informative each time. If they were irritated, they sure didn’t show it. We were all impressed with their poise and customer service. Our waiter was amazing. I wish I could remember his name. I know his name is tattooed on his forearm, if that narrows it down. He was one of the most attentive servers we have ever had. Despite having every table full, he was there for every single need. Our drinks were always full, he checked on us several times, was very cheerful, and just overall gave the vibe that he was happy to be there. The food was excellent. Great portion sizes, and excellent variety to choose from. Overall a great experience.

I'll start off with the good. The 2 for 1 on drinks is a good deal. The chicken and bacon pasta was good, pasta was cooked perfect. I liked the chicken marsala as well. They have a great outdoor patio on the roof, which is hard to beat. Ok the bad, for the life of me I cannot figure out why the servers cannot figure out which table to bring the food out to, this is my second visit on the patio and these servers are going from table to table asking who's food is where. In the picture you will see the green beans were not trimmed, that's flat out laziness right there. Also my friend ordered jambalaya and the tomato with the stem part was thrown in the mix, no thanks. My moms bloody mary had a hair on it (see pic) and to their credit they comped that. I expected this place to be the 4+ star rating it has on google reviews, but they fell short. Hopefully the feedback will garner a positive experience for others, I will probably give them another chance due to the proximity and outdoor ambiance, but if they can't get it right a 3rd time, it will be the last.

Honest review. Came with my toddler and her dad on Father’s Day 2025. Not one employee, despite reciting their special (our server) of comp beer offered my partner a “happy Father’s Day”. NO ONE!!!. I mean there are whole families coming in, no one looks to the 80 year old grandpa in the party and says “happy Father’s Day”?!??! Plus he has a Vietnam vets hat on. AND one of their teenage employees walked right into me as I was walking to my table from the bathroom, he, after having served a patron. So it was like, are you going to go first? or am I going to go first? This wasn’t like his hands were full bussing a table. He was just walking- nothing in his hands. He considered the situation and then literally walked in front of me. I guess high school bros first lol. I had to wait for him to go…someone please teach these teens some manners & how to put a smile on their faces? Everyone here looks miserable. Like it physically pains them to do their job. It’s like the whole hockey team got hired. They don’t know service. But also our young woman server really missed the mark too. Generally, when I go to establishments I try to be gracious to servers. This place missed the mark. As a business owner I would fire everyone under 20. Hire better people who Have an actual personality- a server personality. Oh, and please teach them how to carry a plate or bowl. If I see one more hockey kid with his whole thumb- touching food in a bowl or plate while serving to a patron, I’m going to loose it. Finally, server just dropped the check. No thanks for stopping in...

Our server was very polite & apologetic which is why I gave 2 stars. We started w/steak bites that came w/2 big onion rings - steak was fatty & blah tasting, the onions rings tasted like they were cooked in old oil. They didn't bring extra plates so we had to eat off the same one - not necessarily a big issue but it would have been nice. I was given the wrong order, not a big deal, it happens but nobody brought me the right order & even though several servers walked past no one asked if I/we needed anything, like drink refills, since no one came back or bothered to ask, I didn't eat. Husband ordered the breaded fish which was soggy, our son had a very undercooked juicy Lucy type burger w/very thin onions rings that were cold, rubbery & tasted old. We would have expected a little better quality food for the price. When our waiter finally came back he said he would get the mgr, we waited for more than 20 minutes. Waiter came back again, apologized & said the meal was free. We understand they might have been under staffed, but it would have taken the mgr 2 seconds to acknowledge us but because he/she couldn't find the time then we can't find the time to ever come back.

UPDATE: I received the response below. I emailed the GM as requested, 4 months later still NO REPLY! Don't tell people to reach out to you if you have no intentions on responding when they do. We would have given you another chance but if you don't care to respond,...

UPDATE: We’ve been here a few times now. Many, in fact. The only thing consistent has been really good food and, unfortunately, really bad service. Like every time we are there. We haven’t been disrespected, just not attended to for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Tonight, one waiter, great guy, btw, had at least 14 tables. We waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken. So we left and went to get Coke and fries at McDonalds. Our fries came out in 1 minute and when we found out they were cold, the manager on duty promptly made us fresh fries and walked them to our table about 2 minutes later. Take notes, Copper Pint. The Golden Arch is schooling you in the customer service column, a 2.9 star reviewed location, I might add.

Original:

Went in for half price pizza night. Was excited by the interesting pizza options, so I asked out waitress if the two pizzas I wanted were part of the special and she said “I believe so.” At the end of our meal, our check was about 16 dollars too high, so I asked about why our pizzas weren’t marked down. Our waitress checks with a manager and come back to offer us a pretty sad apology, explaining that the pizzas were not part of the special. What?!! Apparently still working out the kinks and not willing to take ownership for their own mistakes. Hopefully they improve. The food was good. The service was so very confused. Oh, and no markdown or exception to make up for...
