Normally I would give this place 4 or 5 stars becauae their food has always been hot, tasty, quick, and the people have been friendly.
Tonight is a different story...Main Moon has no sense of customer service. We ordered egg rolls, house lo mein, and plain lo mein...a simple order in my opinion. The lady repeated our order exactly and told us it would be 40 to 50 minutes for delivery, we paid over the phone our $21 something and waited.
Our food came within the time expected maybe even sooner, the delivery driver was nice, we got our food, he left, and when we opened it our order was partially incorrect.
We received our egg rolls and house lo me in, but we received plain fried rice instead of plain lo mein. When we called back the lady said we may have gotten the order mixed up, so let me have you talk to my manager.
The manager came on, we explained the situation, he told us well we were charged for the plain fried rice so we wouls have to pay an additional $2.50. This was after we told him what we ordered, what we received, and let him know that the lady even repeated our order correctly.
He just kept apologizing and said this,ia our fault so we can bring you the plain lo mein, you will just need to pay the additional $2.50, and then can give us back the plain fried rice when we come with the plain lo mein.
Please tell me how this makes any sense? This is horrible customer service...you don't make your customer pay for your mistake...also....you can't give the rice to someone else, so why do you want it back?
After much back and forth and us trying to explain the the manager what he is saying, he just kept apologizing and saying the same thing over and over. Finally we said forget it, we will eat the damn rice. Please keep in mind we have been eating Main Moon for over five years...well goodbye, you lost some good customers this evening.
Put your customers first, especially when it is your fault and is...
Read moreWe ordered a ton of food for 9 people, and they nailed it. Food was delicious, hot and ready when promised. The egg rolls were SO good with a perfect amount of filling and perfect crispness on the outside. Even traveling 20 mins with them, they were the best I’ve had in Cbus. We also loved the pan fried dumplings. Good dipping sauce and filling. Entrees included fried rice, chicken lo mein, General Tso’s, sweet and sour chicken, chicken and cashews, Mongolian beef and Dan Dan noodles. We ate bites of everything and enjoyed every bite. I should’ve tossed the dan Dan noodles a bit more, but they were still so good. The owner helped me carry the bags to my car. They had packets of sweet and sour sauce, hot mustard, soy sauce, and fortune cookies neatly packed. Total for all was $151. Delicious, nice owners, efficient and...
Read moreZERO STARS. This place has the rudest owner, he has no manners towards his customers. Our food was not located by him, so he started to use bad language which include the "F" word towards my husband. I know many people that work in the food industry who works hard but are also very nice. This is the first time that i experienced this type of behavior. As a fellow Asian American, I am ashamed by this behavior. As a small business owner, he should be ashamed for not having the basic attitude for a fellow human being. He then told my husband never to come back, and the feeling was mutual. If you feel like some awesome Chinese food, but would like to get humiliated by the owner, then this place is for you. I hope he is a better person towards his family and friends if he has any. God bless him and I will pray for...
