The food quality is excellent. So good, in fact, I forgot to take a picture of it. We ordered the appetizer combo with melt-in-your-mouth Bavarian pretzels, perfectly crispy breaded fried pickles, crunchy onion rings, delectable cheese sticks and three excellent accompanying sauces. The appetizers were so good and I don’t know how they do it, but they were delicate, fresh, and not a drop of grease like you get at other fried food places. Very light breading, almost seemingly air-fried. Hot, fresh, tasty, A+. Then came the wings. We both got bone-in, one with medium sauce and the other hot. The chicken was tender, juicy, with just the right amount of outer crispiness, and the sauce was classic. We ordered sides of celery, carrots, ranch, blue cheese and fries. We hadn’t been out in a while due to the pandemic and we were so glad we enjoyed a meal at this mainstay and old favorite of the Shenango Valley. I’ve been a customer since the early 1980s. Thank you Brianna, our attentive server who was cheerful, prompt, friendly, and thoroughly thoughtful. Great job. Great dining experience.

Used to be the place to be, idk what happened? Food on the buffet was terrible. The wings were okay, just add your own sauce from a super sticky bottle. The pasta was aweful and the deserts we're equivalent to the nasty ones you find at a Chinese buffet. This place used to be the hayday of the college crowd but literally nothing has changed here in the 20 years since I came here every week for all you can eat wing nights. Same old music, onions in everything, same dirty restaurant. I understand that all the effort has gone into their new franchises but if your not going to keep this one appealing then put it out of it's misery.

The appeal of this eats and drinks is more attuned to sports, drinks, motorcycles, and an eclectic selection of meals. Boasting more about steaks, hot wings, and burgers - more so than anything else. Large portions with helpful staff. It loses a star for having staff that asks you if "your meal is ok?" Far to frequently. Better that they are more observant than to ask about it. Loses a star for lack of handicap parking. One more star for large potholes getting into the place. Needs a meal option or two for those of us that need soft meals. Breaded items can be far too crunchy for some of us.

First, we’re supposed to wait to be seated with no evidence anyone was coming around. When we finally flag down a staff person, she directs us to the nearest table, which also happens to be in the entryway/exit with people constantly streaming past it, despite dozens of tables being open farther into the restaurant. Or we could’ve sat at the bar, but she didn’t ask. So we asked for another table, and she picks one a couple tables in that is slanted at a ridiculous angle and wobbling precariously. We try to adjust it to no avail and ask for another table that won’t spill our food on us. Now we feel like Karens. The next table is okay and farther into the restaurant, and we decide to put up with the rocking chairs. Waitress says it’s the floors. So, we’re off to a janky start. After flipping through a menu that looks like a bad joke from an airport and the waitress asking us every 45 seconds if we’re ready, we order wings with buckeye bbq and garlic parm, fried pickles, and potato skins. Potato “skins” are in fact wedges with some toppings randomised on them. Pickles are decent, but the ranch they come with makes Hidden Valley get a Michelin star. Wings are drenched in gooey sauce yet somehow mysteriously drier inside than Larry David’s humour. Out of both orders of 10 wings, 8 were drumsticks—strange ratio! What kind of chickens are they breeding? Technically we can math, but when the bill comes it seems like another bad joke. Like another recent poster, I came here out of childhood nostalgia and would never go back. Wings are supposed to be their thing, and I can’t say I’ve had worse ones in recent memory in terms of texture and sauce, which seemed to be primarily sugar and cinnamon. Absurdly, I repeat absurdly, expensive ($16/10 wings) not only for the area but even compared with big cities. Next time we want a trashy theme experience, we’ll just...

Group of 14 in town for a weekend golf outing. Decided to eat here on Saturday night. Not super busy. We got seated very quickly. Drink orders were taken. The drinks came within a couple of minutes. Food orders were then taken. Appetizers came out within 10 min. I do believe that were 2 orders of the nachos. This is when things started to go downhill. 5 or 6 of the guys food orders came out. I ordered a side salad. Expecting it would come BEFORE the meal. Never happened!! So after another 10 or 15 mins some (not all) of the orders came to the table. I could understand this if it was busy but it wasn't. In fact a couple of guys were already finished with their meals before some even got theirs. One of the guys never did get his meal until we asked the waitress. It wasn't even put in. Another 10 min wait for his food. Finally came. Thankfully his meal was taken off the bill so that was a bonus. Back to my meal. Along with my side salad I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was a good size burger. It had very little taste and almost had a grey color to it. I ate it but have had alot better. French fries were ok. I can't comment on all the other guys meals but a couple did say their meals were just so so. I was wondering why the parking lot wasn't very full on a Sat eve but if it is always this average I can understand why. Prices are a little pricy. 15 wings for $24 is an example. My burger was somewhere in the ballpark of $17. Paid the bill with cash and didn't receive my change. It was only like 30 or 40 cents but the fact I never received it is a big red checkmark in my book. I truly expected a better experience than what...

Today I stopped in for lunch. I always come in to see my favorite server Katrina. She always is happy, friendly and gives top notch service with a smile. She deserves some recognition! She always greets me and asks how things are going with me, and wishes me a great day and a safe trip back to work or home when I leave. She remembered what I drank after I came in for lunch and she waited on me only one time. when she waited on me the second time she had said "you like to drink your Pepsi and your bud light bottle, which one will you be having today?" That was pretty impressive. Since then she has been who I ask or look for, since at times it is seat yourself. It is always great to have a server recognize your face and remember what your favorite drink and meal is. She is my favorite lunch time employee of yours. I've been frequently coming back the last few months because the service is so excellent. My food is always hot and made exactly to my liking. I usually get a sandwich or the bone in wings, and when I like to change it up she gives excellent recommendations. The kitchen does a phenomenal job as always. Being I have to get back to work my food is always prepared fast from the kitchen staff. I will be a continued guest coming to your location for lunch thanks to her and your staff! She recently has shared with me the upcoming pattys day that she is looking forward too. She suggested and invited me to come and check it out as well. So that is in my plans thanks to her....
