Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Shawano

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve been to. I got a text message earlier about a $7 deal at Papa Murphy’s so I go ahead and make a phone order. This lady went ahead to explain the offer to me and we placed the order with no issues. I get to the store (which I might add was a very long drive) and they acted like this deal didn’t exist. I asked to talk to the lady who placed my order and she denied the whole conversation. I see people laughing in the background too. I highly do not recommend this place. For all we know, unprofessional employees like this probably spit on our pizzas during this pandemic. Headed out to get pizza somewhere else and they were closed. Ended up trying Papa Murphy for the first time. Clean space interior with 1 nice bench for waiting and a simple but sufficient menu.. we received ample pizza for the price and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We headed home to bake up these beautiful pizzas. They were delightful. They tasted as though I had made them. Soft buttery crust, real cheese, fresh ingredients. I have never been to a "fast food" place with more professional, friendly and efficient employees. Every single time the experience is a pleasure, my order is correct with a smile, and of course, delicious. I have always been impressed with this place and will continue to patronize. Again, the employees are what make this place over the top in addition to the great food and I hope they realize what a great job they are doing.
