We will not be returning to this location. 2 weeks ago I wanted to redeem my birthday deal which was if I buy a sandwich I would get a small curly fry and a shake for free. They said the shake machine was down and the only substitute they offered me was a free drink. I didn't need a drink, I wanted the shake. We left. The following week I was running errands and decided to stop in and grab some lunch. I ALWAYS ask "Can I get the curly fries cooked fresh please?" Now let me set the scene. I walk in and there's nobody at the counter or in sight. Near the drink machine a manager is on break stuffing her face. I see someone's middle section behind the food prep area walk by. There are no other customers inside or in the drive thru. I have stood at the counter unacknowledged for about 3 minutes when finally a girl pops around the corner to take my order. I ordered and asked for fresh fries and she said yes okay. She takes my money and proceeds to go scoop me up some fries that are under the "warming" light like I can't see her. By then the eating manager is in the kitchen fussing about too much sauce on something. As she walked back to the lobby with more food to eat, I asked "Are you a manager?" to which she replied "I'm off the clock right now." and sat back down. I saw a guy coming towards me with a sack and I told him I needed to see a manager. The girl pops out and tries to tell me that she just pulled those fries and remember I was at the counter for at least 3 minutes before she took my order, never seeing her and the fryers all said "Idle" on the electronic displays. Read moreThe food is what you get; it's nothing special. It's not bad, and sometimes it's bold...but it's not amazing.
The service at this location seems very apathetic. You can say that we shouldn't expect more out of the employees, but I do because there are a number of fast food places just down the road, where the employees are very helpful and engaged.
Updated (4-25-24) lost a star on service. Got out of work late and was motivated by my brisket sandwich waiting for me. Get there only to be told that they had run out - no notice in app. Okay, roll with it. They offered me any other sandwich - chicken, I said. Sorry that'll be at least five minutes waiting because it's not cooked yet. "Fine, what can I get right now and leave?" Roast beef...fine. (Five minutes later) here's your food. I know this is a one off, but it was a really terrible trip -- next time it's the Braums...they at least seem to be back to pre-covid service.

Read moreWe waited for over 20 minutes in the car line with no one coming out to explain what was going on and why we had to wait, when we did get to the window finally, the poor kid was new and struggled on the register which was fine but then we waited another 10 minutes for the food with No one single explanation or an apology we had to wait so long. It was quite rude and I personally will not go back to this location. This is not the first time I've received substantially less than stellar service. I couldnt work in this industry so I get it no cake walk, but at the least tell people why they're waiting. The woman in front of us parked and went in and got her food pretty quickly but those of us that stayed patient didnt even get an I'm sorry...
