Taco Casa — Restaurant in Shawnee

The food was good but the service this time was poor. The person waiting on us let us order and when I went to pay him with a hundred dollar bill I'm told he can't do that so we cancelled the order, I went and got change and then returned within 10 minutes to order again,and when I asked the person who waited on us this time if she could break a hundred she said yes, so I guess the one person lied to me which I don't appreciate at all I knew it was a lie because I've worked in fast food so I know they have change but the fact that they lie to you is ridiculous plus I saw the same person who waited on us sweeping the lobby and then he didn't wash his hands before refilling some people's drink cups that's gross...

Super fresh ingredients, mountains of cheese, the flour tortillas were like a soft pillow, meat was well seasoned, the lettuce were fresh and crisp and everything tasted amazing and was at the perfect temp. Taco Casa is my wife's favorite fast food Mexican and this location is the best in Oklahoma and even better then any of the locations we have visited in Texas. It's easy and quick to access from the interstate, well lit at night, plenty of parking and fast service even with a full drive through line. Do not ever eat at this establishment they allow hair to be put into their food and and when requesting our money back because we don't want to take a remake they want to hang up on you the manager Josh and their district manager told me good luck they will not give me my money back or anything else refuse to answer the phones or make this right I do not want to eat at their establishment it is absolutely disgusting to eat there and find hair in your food and then them not want to do anything about it. I would suggest eating somewhere else as this place only cares...
