Listen up everyone! I make my own coffee from home. When you have been making it from home for as long as I have and then all of a sudden yours breaks down. Cleaned it five times, factory set it three times, and all you need is your wonderful tasteful expresso and your expresso maker says "get out and find a place that will make it the way that you like it", that sucks. WELL... JC who was a very patient lady with me, answered all of my questions. She let me taste it, so there was trust, and I was probably scary at the moment. I was frustrated that I didn't know what to order since they have all different drinks everywhere you go. I was SLEEPY too. I normally stumble downstairs and make my coffee then drink it while waking up with my dog doing her thing. My whole morning was thrown up in the air. JC helped an older gal, who is an expresso junkie, find her drink and still kept me as the customer. Thank you to all employees there, but to JC a special thank you. We will never visit, here again!!!!!! on Tuesday my parents came in to order a coffee like they usually do some girl with the worst customer service in all Kansas City had the biggest issues to just reheat a coffee SHE MESSED UP and called my parents troublemakers and was rude to my mom who LOVED going to that coffee shop. My mom is a sweet person and would never go out of her way to make a big deal out of anything and of course she gave us poor service and refused to give her name to make a complaint. We also call the owner to complain said we were gonna be communicated with about the issue after he saw the video well that didn’t happen either. I guess you are perfectly fine with LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL people representing your company. Not only did you guys loose my mom as a customer but you lost a whole family supporting y’all...

My family has been going to this place for a long time and we loved it for a while. Unfortunately the service has been very poor. My mother ordered a coffee and and the employee made her coffee incorrectly. My mom had it remade but asked her to make it hot because it was lukewarm. The employee then said that my family were “troublemakers” and that they are always asking for coffee to be remade. She then said the most she could do was put the coffee in the microwave. This employee has messed up other drinks before. I find it incredibly unprofessional the way she addresses customers. She said plenty of other insults and was very rude.
